The store charges a fee to pay a phone bill for a service you already pay for. I asked for a store manager and was denied multiple times in front of other customers. I asked for the manager and owners name and wouldn't give that info either. She wouldn't even give me her name. I asked how to contact the manager or owner to solve an issue and was denied that info as well. The store clearly has no business signage of what business they are, other than metro ocs sign which they don't own. There actual company name is no where on boost or metro pcs. The store is definitely not up on the business and has multiple violations in regards to operating a business . Be careful dealing with these people.

Boost Mobile at 5501 Troost Avenue changed my pin number without my permission; and when the Indian/Hispanic female employee was questioned about it; she denied it although I could not get into my account with customer service. This woman is despicable and should be fired. I hope smart people will stay away from this store; and boost mobile as a whole.
