This Mayfair branch has become increasingly odd over the past several months. There was a lady named Sharon who used to work there who was very friendly. There is now a lady (who was there in the past as well), who has an abrasive demeanor. They also have had some weird things going on with cash payments. They don’t seem to want to take cash whether you offer exact amounts or larger bills ($20). I won’t go as far as giving them a 2-star, but they are on notice.

I just picked up my dry cleaning at Mayfair and let them know they really need to discuss the non-boxing policy for dress shirts. If you travel you know what I'm talking about. It sux to have to fold each shirt when you pack to go on a trip. When I asked them to let their management know that they've lost my business (which is probably over $1000) a year the first thing she said was "does pride cleaners do it?" Not thanks for the info but does my competition do it? See ya...

It isn’t right that they have my credit card on file. I signed not disclaimer saying so and funds are removed to pay for the clothes. What if I get them and it’s not cleaned or if the items are ruined? This isn’t a good practice at all, notify your customers before putting anyone card on file, I am not at all comfortable with any having my card on file this is just wrong. I don’t care about your reputation, you ask your customers if they’d mind if their cards are on file, you just don’t go ahead and do that.

We walked in with a coat that a cat had thrown up on (it was all wiped up before we brought it in). We brought it in, and didn't even get a greeting. Instead she just rudely asked why I was holding it weirdly. When we explained all she said was "Can't take it." We asked questions but she wouldn't even give us answers.I get it if it's like the machines can't deal with biohazard or something like that. But just the way we were treated like we weren't worth her time even as we walked in was horrible.

Brought a large amount of clothing into be cleaned, was rudely greeted when I walked in. The whole first part of our conversation she was rude.. "I'm not counting them" and when I offered to count my clothes and separate them. She said "get back, you'll just be in the way"
seemed disgusted that we brought things in, period. I found out prices, they were 2 and 3 dollars more than I am used to paying per item.. and I would have thought more about paying that if her customer service had been better. I was ready to leave before we even got the prices per item. After being treated like that even though I would have paid her for her service, I wasn't interested in spending my money there. I didn't feel like she wanted my business at all.

I took two brand new pair of dress slacks to this location, and upon receiving them back noticed both had multiple snags in them. I was extremely upset and planned to never return again.
I called the company to inform them of the issue, and expected a simple "I'm sorry" but nothing more.
Tatum, the Operations Manager, took immediate ownership of the mistake and without hesitation offered to purchase me two brand new pair of slacks. She had me send the brand, the style, and the color and had them ordered at no charge to me. There are few businesses now days that take care of their customers to this extent.
Kudos to Mayfair. I'll be a lifelong customer at this point.

Do not take king sized comforters to this dry cleaner! I brought a beautiful ivory colored silk and linen comforter from Pottery Barn in with a quarter sized yellow mark on it, and when I picked it up, the batting was a disaster, and there were huge grease streaks running the width of the comforter on the silk side. So I took it back, and they "cleaned" it again. This time when I picked it up, there was WRITING in ink in one corner, again, on the silk side, and the batting was even more disturbed. So I took it back again, requesting it to be spot-cleaned only to remove the ink. The final time I came to pick it up, thankfully there were no additional stains, but they had gone directly against my request and did a full dry clean on it, so now it looks like a 20 year old cheap comforter. They told me to take the issue up with the manufacturer of the comforter, that they were not responsible for the damage to the comforter. They did refund the $40 dry cleaning fee - but nothing towards my $350 comforter 's replacement. And to add insult to this, they told me "there is no way the ink could have gotten on there in our facilities". In a 6 week period, I had possession of the comforter for about 30 minutes with all the back and forth to the dry cleaner (always inside the bag they provided). They were in possession the rest of that 6 weeks - it definitely was put there by them.

This is how my clothes were returned to me. These were brand new, just out-of-the-package dress shirts. No apology or an offer to fix or replace, just "get out." Really classy place.
