I had such a great experience when I had to order multiple pairs of jeans to the store before finding the right fit. Anthony helped me greatly with the order, and Jaimie and Teighlor in the fitting room. Highly recommend taking advantage of Madewell's offering to order denim to the store and only pay for the pairs you want to take home.

Lauren was so friendly and kind and helpful! All the staff were super sweet and greeted me and my dog when we came in. The store has a very inclusive environment. I felt attended to the whole time and when I needed another size in something Lauren helped me order it online. I appreciate her going the extra mile to match the price to the online price. She rocks!!!

Lowkey think I was racially profiled here. I’ve been in probably over 10 times at this point and I’ve never been greeted at the door upon entrance. Even when I’m at their denim bar and looking through all the sizes, all the employees walk by without a word. I really like madewell’s clothing so it’s a shame their employees don’t make the store feel welcoming to everyone

Stopped in this Madewell to browse around when in the area. Found a cute pair of jeans (Perfect Vintage Straight Jean in Meaford Wash: Seamed Edition $138) but the 25 seemed baggy and I was told they'd stretch a bit after wearing them so I needed a 24. The staff here are so helpful, nice and friendly. It turned out the gal helping us actually opened my home store in Studio City, CA. She gave them a buzz and they had a pair in a 24 that she put on hold until the end of the week for me. What I love about Madewell is you can donate a pair of jeans and receive $20 off, which is always nice. I also had my $25 off birthday month coupon so I went to scoop up my pair after returning to LA. Great store with quality staple pieces. Affordable non designer denim that is just as cute as your fav high end splurge favorites and always super comfy too! I am a wee bit concerned that we are lying to women about their waist size nowadays because I'm fairly certain in no lifetime do I actually wear a 24, I'm petite but athletic and they fit perfectly. Maybe less sweets is actually helping snatch this waistline of mine ;) In all honesty though, Madewell denim is a bit more forgiving than other brands due to their elasticity aspect. All in all, great store with nice pieces. I have their t-shirts, denim, dresses, overalls, neck scarves, socks, it's all great stuff!

My friend went shopping 2 days ago , girl was helping her very rude . My friend left with cry. Really this is how u help u customers. When she was telling me , my heart rate was going so fast . She was spending almost $200 Shame on u girl if u don’t like job then quit. This location unfortunately always gives horrible customer service.

I was most definitely racially profiled. I knew what I wanted, so when asked if I needed help - I let them know I was good. Nonetheless- I was watched the whole time. I felt unwanted. I made my purchase anyway, cause I really want it, but due to the harassment I am returning it.

This store is large in comparison to others I've been in. I'd say 75% of my clothes are Madewell so I shop the brand quite a bit. Typically online has better selection & sales but... this store had a lot of selection & seemed like they had all of the sizes in items. They were running a 30% off promo in store!! Always nice to snag stuff on sale. The sale selection (which was an additional 30%) off was also large - though I did notice it was a lot of XXS or XS. But they had shoes, bags, jewelry and accessories on sale also. The three girls working were all super nice & helpful. Someone has to unlock the fitting rooms if you'd like to try something on - I noticed a previous review said the fitting rooms were closed - at this time (12/11) they are indeed open.

Dog friendly store, nice staff and well stocked. Found many items that I saw online. Big fan of the brand. They are taking measures during COVID to manage guests and shoppers well.

Warning don't go during COVID..... they don't let you try on anything (which if you walk down the street everyone else does and sanitizes after). They have about 4 people working and standing around while they only let in 5 people total which is very frustrating when your party gets spilt up with one person outside and an associate at the door doing nothing. Check out is painfully slow. Best advice is to just shop online or go to a store where they are handling COVID safely while also understanding that when spending $100 on jeans it's nice to try on before buying without having to worry about returning.

Clean and organized space. However, the staff for several years has consistently been unkind and I typically feel unwelcome and like an inconvenience. To the point where I somewhat dread going in.
