I have been here twice in my life and every time it's a great experience. Everyone there is super friendly and kind and you can just be self. I enjoy the clothes and the vendors and the first Fridays and the overall environment is positive and inviting

Had high hopes for this local KC company. Their mech isn’t cheap, but took a chance and ordered 2 shirts for $100 over a month ago. One was a preorder and received an email that it would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. Never shipped. Called to check on status and my order fell through the cracks. Now one of the shirts is out of stock. Was told I’d receive a refund but still waiting for them to process through shop. Still haven’t shipped my order. Would not use this company again. In my experience in customer service, especially if I messed up this bad, I’d expedite my order and refund, not sit on it even longer. Bad business my friend.

This is the type of brand I want to rep every single day. I stumbled across this brand on Instagram and followed along for a while before really knowing what they're about. Then on a recent trip to KC, we made a visit to their shop and were so impressed by not only the brilliant design, quality of product, but the overall care of the team. Made Mobb truly loves and embraces the KC community, and I'm proud to wear this brand any chance I get. Even if I don't live in Kansas City..... yet.
