Extremely POOR customer service! I've shopped at this location (Zona Rosa) for years, and never have had this LESS-THAN of a customer service experience. I won't go as far as saying it was racially motivated, but something didn't "smell" right with the entire interaction. I will be notifying management about today's experience.

I want the old MAC to come back. I loved the annual make overs with my daughters. With that said, I am never disappointed with the quality. The New fiber mascara ? is a most.

Beware - I bought a Louis Vuitton Vintage bag that was defective and didn't notice it until after 30 days. They would not take it back and instead gave me the LV phone number and told me I would be stuck with the repairs. I don't think they believed me and thought I was trying to pull a fast one. I had the credit card sttement and had brought the purse with me so they could see I could not have damaged and repaired that my self. I feel offend and humiliated that I trusted the "Dillard" brand and was treated like tht!

The ladies in the MAC Cosmetics section of Dillard's helped me with a lip color I had been wanting to try on for quite awhile. Limited edition as well! This is the holographic lip colour with iridescent pearls. Love MAC Cosmetics Grand Illusion lip color in Lunar Module and Space Bubble mixed together. Why the rave review? They only had in stock one of the three colors I wanted to buy. Yet they had the most amazing patience in letting me try out various colors. And they called to the downtown MAC store to see if they had the other colors in stock and had them put on hold for me! Talk about customer service! They were super nice not only to me but to every other customer in their area. I was super impressed

I'm dissapointed in the service and the restock of this place. This is the closest Mac store to me and it's 20 minutes away and I've been out of foundation for a couple months now and I've been up there three times to get my foundation and they haven't gad my shade so I've left my number and told them to call or text me when they recieve more and finally I gave up on trying and asked me even one shade lighter or darker and they didn't have it. Very disappointed in the service. My face has trouble enough finding the right foundation and now it looks like I'll being switching it up.
