Tim is honest, helpful and one of the most all around knowledgeable mechanics I've ever worked with. He saved me a fortune by quickly figuring out my car's problem was actually a small, inexpensive part that was easily replaced but was causing the computer system to mimic bigger problems. Car is running perfectly again and I am so relieved!

I have never felt compelled to leave a good review before service is completed, but I have also never received such incredible service when getting maintenance on my car. I waited in the lobby while they worked (since they were able to fit me in so I didn't have to leave my car), and I was immediately informed of everything they looked at that the car dealer mentioned. They made it clear what was fine and what actually needed to be addressed, clearly not trying to upsell me on anything. That is evidence that this is a reliable, trustworthy business. I will be exclusively using London Motorworks for my car from now on and telling everyone that it is worth the trip.

Took my car in to see about having the suspension inspected, almost new struts didn't seem to be working. Appointment would be weeks away, but Tim jumped in my car and drove it around, then poked around under it. He told me the struts were useless, and had a 2 year warranty. He charged me nothing. I took the car back to where the struts were installed and had them replaced. Later we took the Honda in for $1600 worth of work, which the Honda dealer had said would be over $2500.
