Great gym. Staff are very friendly and the gym is always clean with pretty new equipment. The 24 hour accessabilty is great for myself who has a busy and fluctuating schedule.

Excellent gym. Open 24 hours a day. A perfect option if you are looking for a more private and positive work out environment in the Brookside/Waldo/Plaza area. Equipment is new and in good condition. I highly recommend this gym
