We had my son's 15th birthday party at LevelUp yesterday and he had a great time!They had everything ready for us when we arrived. The computers were all ready to go, table for gifts was ready, and we had a host there to greet us and answer any questions.Our party host was friendly and helpful! We felt welcomed and we had no problems at all!Pizza arrived as promised for the kids, they all got to sit together while they gamed together, and we got to relax and chat while they played.Hyvee Arena does need to put some directional signs up for helping find businesses inside the arena, but that is not the fault of the business, just something the building owners/managers should do.

The owners seem to think they can refuse your pogo pass if it's convenient for them. I paid for the pass already, and they were paid by Pogo to accept it. Where's the miscommunication? Do better.

As someone from out of state, I was surprised to not find LevelUp Arena at its original Overland Park, Kansas location - ends up it moved locations some time back to the HyVee Arena in Kansas City, Missouri. We got lost trying to find it, but unfortunately it seems that large signage is missing because it's in a historic location. We didn't end up visiting due to not knowing the above information, but hope others can enjoy their time there!

Love this place. We actually competed in a smash bros tournament at the old location in Overland Park, and they have since upgraded to a new location (what is forever known to me as Kemper Arena). Join their discord. They won’t disappoint. There you can ask questions, view rules, see staff, other players/members, etc. it’s really a place for all ages, and the pricing is so reasonable you can’t go wrong.

It's exclusively eSports, from what I can tell. They have a total of 40 PC games available, some of which you need to already own in order to play. They also have a few console games, but not many. First hour is free. VR has not been set up in this location, but it sounds like it might be in the future.
