I wish I would have grabbed the guy's name at LensCrafters but he was awesome. Not only did I accidentally break my glasses but I had been having a rough day anyways dealing with a less than stellar customer service department for a different company. So I called the LC store to see if they could fix my glasses, no appointment necessary he told me to come on by, he sat there and talked with me while he worked to figure out how to fix my frames for me and was just very pleasant. Really turned my day around and my glasses back to their proper shape.

Even I had to give my glass fix two times to fix them I picked the wrong size glass they did help me get the right size and helped me with some sunglasses too

I walked in on a Friday night after leaving one other vision care provider where I received a positive experience. I’ve been to all the competitors and I’m truly disappointed with the lack of acknowledgment once I walked in. I knew what I was looking for and I found it. Not a single staff approached me to ask if I needed help or much less said ,”Hi, how you doing tonight, how can we help you?” I had been a customer once many years ago in Oak Park Mall. Truly disappointed. I’m stunned.

LensCrafters in zona Rosa is simply amazing I brought my father-in-law's glasses to be repaired from the 1970s no one would fix them he wanted them fixed so bad and had a broken screw I didn't know what to do he wouldn't go to the eye doctor I brought these glasses into the LensCrafters and Zack took a look at them he had to do a little work to get them fixed or repaired and under 30 minutes he got the job done with no jewelry store or other glass door could do it they are so nice here Tyler Josh they are great people and I recommend coming here because I will be back LensCrafters is worth the money thank you guys!
