Instead of just telling me he can't help me, he took it upon himself to find options on where to find what I'm looking for. That is great customer service and it's very appreciated.

David helped me with a special window problem I had. I had trouble finding a person to fix a window that was installed before I bought this home. Every place I called only wanted to sell me a new window, not fix the one I already have. David was wonderful & got the situation handled when no one else seemed to care. Thanks David.
