If I could give zero stars I would. This company is unbelievably unprofessional. I called for an in home estimate and after visiting our place never heard back any news (2weeks and counting) and the lady on the phone assured me I would get pricing on the spot. The man who came to do our quote whom I called several times actually brushed me off, was very rude, and told me to just use another company (great way to do business). When I called one of the owners to explain my disappointment he was of no help at all and even more rude! He hung up the phone on me and THREATENED to sue me with slander if I was to make a negative review about my experience saying that is not allowed. Are we not allowed freedom of speech and to tell our opinion of what a negative experience we have had with this company???? NEVER heard that before!!!! Intimidation is how your company is run? I am very appalled at the way they do business!!! All I wanted was a quote as I am trying to move my family! Very disapointed!

I cannot think of a time that I received worse customer service. I was told that deliveries were only made at their convenience. They are closing the KC facility but still taking in delivery items, even though they knew they would have nearly no ability to meet their commitment. They called me at 4:52 P.M. and told me that if I could not make arrangements for delivery the next day my order would be sent to one of their other offices in Wichita or Junction City, KS and then they would contact me, hopefully with some advance notice that was sufficient to allow me to make arrangements to be off work. I was also told that I am the only customer ever they could not make arrangements to be available at their convenience. Yes, deliveries are only made at their convenience per company policy per the two "managers" that I spoke with at the KC location.

Great experience working with Kings Moving and Storage. They followed instructions with move and install. We had high expectations and we were happy with their performance. Tony was was very professional and helpful.

Tony in the office and Roxy are very nice people they gave me a place to park and they let me use a little bit of their equipment and I brought it back the same day I really enjoyed that agency

Kings Moving and Storage is wonderful! They delivered an armoire I ordered online. Two other delivery services could not seem to make the delivery. My delivery was sitting in a warehouse from 6 Oct until 2 Nov waiting to be delivered. I could not understand how a company could accept a delivery contract and not do the job. I was so frustrated but to my surprise, Kings Moving received the request, called me and delivered the next day! They were on time. Very professional, careful and so kind. Great experience! I would definately recommend this company!

Not a good experience... One mover worked hard while the other three acted like they were too cool to do an excellent job. They borrowed chairs to sit in for breaks without asking, one guy on drugs threw up in my toilet and they constantly borrowed things without asking. Toilet paper from the other bathrooms, chairs to sit in, cords to charge their phones and yet ask them a question about why did you load something this way, say a tv under a weight set, and they get angry. They did some good work on paperwork but genuinely were lazy in their packing and broke some things on purpose after I asked about why did you pack a certain way. Do not use, do not tip check all work done. Not a very good experience.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This moving company is absolutely TERRIBLE! They lack in customer service and have no regards for the customers property. I had a leather couch and loveseat delivered today, only to have it torn in 2 places before it was even in the house!! The 2 guys the company sent out had no remorse for the couch that they ruined, as if this is something that takes place often. One of the men then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted big furniture I needed to have a bigger house. I will never use or refer anyone to this unprofessional, half-assed company.

My wife and I have moved 12 times over our 30 year marriage, and we've never experienced anything near as poor as what we have from Kings Moving and Storage. To start with, their packing crew showed up late every single day by at least an hour. Second, while some members of the crew were quite hard working, they couldn't begin to offset the horrible experience we had with others. On the first day, my wife bought lunch for the crew. One of them took the liberty of plopping down on the couch and placing his feet up on the couch! I don't even put me feet on the sofa! Same crew member took some of my wife's crystal glasses and filled them with varied levels of water, and the proceeded to see if he could play a tune on them! One of the other crew members sat around most of the time texting on her phone, and seldom did any work what so ever. During the packing process, the crew leader wanted to point out a scratch on our desk that he was identifying as existing damage. While the desk isn't new, and does show some use, this scratch was obviously new and caused by the crew. When my wife told him of the same, he asked if she had seen a member of his crew scratch the desk. She said no, but she knew she hadn't done it and it was fresh. He replied, "if you didn't see us do it, than we didn't do it!" Are you kidding me?!?!!?!? We also had a couple of storage units off site that we paid them to pick the goods up from. My wife personally told the crew leader where some goods were that we not to be packed. One of those places is where the keys were located. You guessed it, they packed it! Well, when the crew showed up to load out the storage units, they couldn't find where they packed them. This necessitated a trip to Home Depot to buy a grinder to grind the locks off! $100+ later, I had ground through the locks with not even so much as an apology from them. On the last day of the load out, they were late as usual. However, one crew member who was there on time, told me that they are the worst group to work with and for, and she apologized to me for all the damage I was going to find to my goods! Their own crews even admit how bad King Moving and Storage is! I'm hesitant to write this post as I still have my goods in storage at their facility, and who knows what this will prompt them to do. I sent an e-mail to my coordinator, and when she didn't respond, I called her and explained what was going on. She said she would be sure to have her manager call me, which never happened! Please, please consider anyone else other than this group! I simply don't know how it could have gone much worse, and then to accept zero responsibility for their egregious behavior? Please find someone or anyone else other than King's Moving and Storage! Run, don't walk to the next company!

We had a very good experience with King's. They did a full pack and move for us. The packers were excellent, very professional, friendly, worked efficiently. All our items arrived safely. The movers were very hardworking as well. They moved our home and large storage unit. We have a lot of valuable antiques, which they and the crating company they contract with handled well. Mosh importantly the estimate was almost exactly on, and even better, they came in under the estimate because they completed the move in fewer hours than estimated. Good communicators from the office staff to the delivery guys. I recommend King's.

They were 4 weeks late on our shipment. We had to sleep on cots and live out of boxes with plastic wear the whole time. They would not do anything to find us a driver - they just told us we had to wait till one showed up. Horrible experience. They did not care the least that we had nothing to live off for 4 weeks. To make matters even worse, they stole all my power tools! All of them! And my new weed eater and blender! They packed our stuff and then said that we could not prove that anything was stolen! How do you do that when they packed it??? The boxes had descriptions on them like 'Garage'. How the heck do you know whats in that box or not???? AND WE HAD INSURANCE!!!. We paid $500 extra for insurance that covered.... nothing! Worst experience I have ever had with a company - and they handled it very poorly. I finally gave up fighting to get my money back or compensation - they just wore me down. I guess thats how they stay in business...

Kings Moving and Storage handled a delivery from iometro for us. The unit arrived early, and Rob from KM & S stored it for me several days, at no charge, until we were able to accept delivery. Then Ryan and Jodie delivered the unit with just one days notice. They put everything together, removed all the boxes and packing, and didn't damage our home at all in the process. Great experience all around.
