I used to love this store. We visited this morning and something certainly has gone downhill. The salesman was a jerk and claimed all their fixtures are made in house. That's so wrong becuase there's import fees so that is NOT the case.
There was no one helping customers in the warehouse. Luckily I was able to grab a young kid that could help me but not after a long wait with no one even acknowledging my existence. Guess I'll be ordering from Amazon in the future unless something changes.

I should have given NONE. Worst packaging that I have ever seen. If you are thinking to purchase something fragile or delicate like acrylic stuff DONT DO IT!! Go to another company. You will receive all of them BROKEN. Their warehouse department doesnt know how to pack! Never purchase again

Should be no stars. I ordered a bunch of items WELL in advance of when I needed them. They were missing ONE item so they didn't ship anything. I went to find my order number and called to find out what was going on. Kate says "we emailed asking about the item missing". Of course...in spam folder. No PHONE CALL to ask me. Just an email. Then, I replied to the email with instructions and it bounces back and not deliverable. I have one day before I need the items and told them I need them next day shipped. She says "we can, but you have to pay".
Hard pass. Send my money back.
Everyone save yourself the trouble. Buy from Amazon instead.

Kaitlyn and staff came to the rescue after my case had some damage. They sent out new hardware, door and shelves quickly and now I'm back in business!The case is well built, lights up very bright & attracts so much attention! I plan on adding more as my knife business grows.

Placed an order for grid wall parts and it never arrived.....fed ex ground delivered it to someone else. KC Fixtures has yet to refund my money. I have called them a couple times and they said they needed to find out what was going on. We are almost a month later and I don't have my money back. They said if they refund the money I would have to pay for the shipping.....

Ordered 5 full vision showcases from Kc store fixtures, in 20 years this was the worst quality showcases I have ever received, These cabinets sway more then an inch if anyone leans or touches it.. which makes your items shake and fall off shelves.I also received broken mirror doors in two cabinets but no reply back from Kc fixtures.. Great service.. Its been a year and now after constantly fixing jewelry in showcases I am looking for new showcases else where. save your money

KC Store Fixtures was an excellent choice in providing my fixtures and shelving for my retail pharmacy. If they didn't have exactly the dimensions I needed, they manufactured it.Lori was extremely friendly and helpful in organizing and processing the order. Ongoing communication was excellent.I would highly recommend this company for your fixture needs.

I’ve been doing business here for a decade. Usually I have had great service. Lately the service has lacked for me with promised stock ETA failing followed by sales reps promising to call when back stock comes in. I think my issue is specific sales rep issues, I hope future interactions improve as they have historically offered great goods/service.

We wanted some more display counters and the local place we had bought from before had a six month delay. I searched and found these guys. The wait was only a couple months and the shipping was almost the same as here. All our customers have commented on our new counters. They are perfect. The customer service I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Thank you.

Been buying this company's products for about 13 years, never had a problem, always really nice people, UP TO NOW!! Rude and unaccomodating freight partners is just the start, even after dealing with damaged goods, a whole ordeal with the driver, and missing a grand opening date,, Management was condensending and treated me like I was lying. VERY DISAPPOINTED .

We have purchased fixtures from KC Fixtures several times. We find there prices to be very fair but what sets them apart from others is customer service and communication. When there is a problem they are on top of it and make it right. Shelley is such a pleasure to work with. I give them 5 stars on all aspects of performance.

Kaitlyn Surry went above and beyond to help me get the grid wall and accessories for a non-profit series of events my wife is putting on for underserved artists. She is a gem, very patient, kind and professional.I was very impressed with the whole KC Store Fixtures operation.Look forward to doing more business with them.
