Didn't get a dog. The people there were not very friendly. They couldn't tell us where our information went or if it was sold to a third party. KCPP are on the news telling everyone just how over crowded they are but they can't answer a few questions.

My sis and I make little quilts for the cat beds. Each kitty has one in its cage that can go home with him when he is adopted. It kinda makes him feel at home. We took some in yesterday and visited the kitties. I have adopted from here several times. I have two cats right now that I have adopted from here. This is Charlie.

My family just left Zona Rosa site. There was a worker who "got onto" my family twice about not touching the animals in there. Not once did any of the 4 of us touch the dogs nor kennels. I, at one point, held the back of my hand 6 inches away from a single kennel to see how the dog would respond to my scent. My husband did the same. She was rude and not kind in the slightest. I told her we weren't touching the dogs and/or kennels, to which she laughed and told her coworker she was "tired of telling us to stop touching the animals". We left after that. We NEVER touched a single animal! Rude! We will not be back to your facility.

Was able to see 3 cats. However I was not able to see some due to them running and hiding. I am just trying to understand if you want to adopt one when you have no opportunity to spend time with them. Clean as you can with a bunch of dogs and cats. Overall good

I'm sure they do good work, and maybe we were just there at a bad time, but the place reaked of urine. The rather dilapidated storefront was a bit of a shock in the posh Zona Rosa area.

Long story short: we went in one day "to look" and we left with a cat ? We visited about three weeks to a month ago now. It was right after I had to put my 15 year old childhood cat down. I was sad and I wanted to look at cats. We hung around for over an hour (maybe closer to two or three. Bless those poor workers ? I know they were sick of us but were too nice to say) I didn't tell them why we were there, I couldn't speak it aloud but we played with some of the cats, and my boyfriend fell in love with a sweet little orange guy who we decided to name Gideon. ?It was tough having a new cat so soon after the last one, but I think he needed me as much as I did him. The silence hurt me more than his presence so for that, I thank KC Pet Project for putting up with my indecisive-ness and for being so good. Highly recommend. ? Enjoy the small spam ?

My boyfriend and I adopted our fur baby from here. Staff was amazing, greeted us at the door and when we had questions about dogs we were provided with background knowledge. We got to personally meet a couple of dogs in a private room, found our match and we are so happy with her ! thank you for our furrever friend

I came in today with my two children (9yo) to adopt a puppy. Staff was kind and helpful, the facility was clean and organized, and we were on the way home within an hour with our new best friend! Thank you! (Tilly is now Mikasa or Mika for short)

I love the KC Pet Project organization and what they do, but this particular location is not great. It's not very well kept and the staff there seemed sort of apathetic and somewhat disinterested in helping me resolve my problem.I say this with some degree of sadness as typically this organization is on top of things. By contrast, the KC Pet Project main location is extraordinary. It's extremely clean and organized and the staff at that location or wonderfully empathetic. Maybe Zona Rosa was having an off day? I hope so.

After going to several places to find a new kitty, I called KC Pet Project in Zona Rosa, and they told me they had a whole room of kitties to choose from! My children and I went and held several kittens, and one caught our eye. The process was easy, and the staff was friendly and were able to help with questions. We took him home that day, and he is an amazing cat!
