Just closed another deal with Rex at KC Investor Funding. Probably ten now over the past 15 months. Everything is very quick and seamless. They have closed several in under 5 days. The draw process is also quick and easy. They will send an inspector within 24 hours of work completed and wire transfer is executed the same or very next day. I have closed rehab projects with a few other lenders for slightly less rate and/or fees, but KC Investor Funding is my go to because of there speed, efficiency, and availability. They are truly one of the quickest to close a purchase, and execute draw requests. They always return phone calls or emails immediately. Definitely top notch service.
