This place sells already-defective products. Has happened twice in a row. Don’t go here.Happy to provide the products. Standard vapor batteries. Especially the “Cookies” brand ones. As mentioned in the below previous reviews by other people, those are fake products. Cookies Brand does not make vapor batteries. They are counterfeit. The other vapor battery for me that was defective was a random brand I’ve never heard of and forgot the name.

I’m not from Kansas City, so I stopped by because my vape pen battery broke. Decided to check you guys out and the cashier Brentt helped me find an affordable new one and even gave me tips on how to charge and prolonged battery life! 5 stars!

Beware, they sell counterfeit Cookies 510 batteries. This was recommended by the salesperson. When I opened it in my car, there was a rattle. I took it back in immediately, asked her if that was normal, she gave an enthusiastic yes. When I got home, I checked online—this company has never made these, but you can by them by the gross from overseas…Counterfeit batteries are not just copyright/trademark infringement, they’re dangerous. They’ve been known to catch fire while charging, while in pockets, have even blown up in people’s faces.

Lady sold me a disposable vape cartridge that and a charger kit.Walked out and realized it was a disposable and went in to return the charger that I didn't need. But, the 'policy' is no returns.Even though less than 1 minute passed.She should be fired for selling me something I didn't need and not being able to return it.Very shady business practices! The other positive reviews must be fake. Stay away from this scammer place.
