Update 8/27/24. I am doubling down on my 5 star review. There were manufacturing defects on my suspension; however, KC Custom staff went out of their way to address the problem. They got my Xterra in a few times to repair the issue. They were understanding and patient with the issue and worked hard to resolve the problem. Thanks you KC Customs!

Came in with a very broad idea of what I wanted to do to my jeep, I can’t say enough of how well I was treated. Tons of ideas and suggestions, when I finally pulled the trigger I was all ready to go. After another call I ended up doing even more, and was even talked into different tires from what I was originally looking for, which were cheaper and from what I can tell, much better for what I’m doing. Ended up doing fenders, fender liners, front bumper and new tires, too say I’m happy is an understatement. I won’t be going anywhere else for anything jeep related. Thanks guys!!

They were too quick to set up an appointment for something they didn't have the knowledge to work on. They did lead me to a more reputable shop that listened to what I needed and completed the work.
