Positive experience and the staff is always pleasant. At my recent visit, a part was delayed, which left me without my vehicle overnight and management made arrangements to Uber me home and back the next day. I appreciate the service recovery because we had not planned for this.

The car sat for almost a year in a parking lot and needed a new battery. They offered to run a diagnostic for about 100 dollars but when I came in the next day, they took it off the total and just recommended I replace the gas. Deeply appreciated their professionalism and willingness to walk me through the process as a first time owner. ❤️

Where do i even begin...For starters, they forgot to fully tighten the oil drain plug, so after one week i was 1Qt of oil short of where i should be. They also used the wrong oil in my car.
I was told and quoted that I needed $2900 worth of work. After getting a second opinion. It appears that everything they said i needed to get fixed, i actually didnt need fixed. Sounds like a crazy upsell to me. will not be returning. Would give 0 stars if i was allowed

Went here to get my AC checked as I had a 20 hour road trip ahead of me and AC was blowing hot. They said my AC compressor needed a replacement as well as a few other repairs. They charged me about $1100 for the compressor and not even 1 week later AC went out again and when I took it to another mechanic they said the AC compressor was leaking. Wasted my money here.
Update: they reached out to me and were very helpful. Offered me a partial refund for the troubles. Very happy with their customer service :)

Telle Tire in Midtown is seriously the best. They deliver fast and quality work, and they are very genuine about any repairs needed on your car. The customer service too is 10/10 - professional, kind and respectful. Always making sure my little car is taken care of, I won't go anywhere else!

One of my tires developed a slow leak while I was working in the area. Telle Tire got me in right away, found & fixed the problem, and didn't even charge anything.
Being from out of town, in an expensive car, with expensive wheels and tires, I was fully prepared to hear "Oh, you need a new tire", or worse. But I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty and professionalism. Their waiting area was nice and clean too ?
