Absolute horrible company. They lie about their inventory electronically to CCC One and to insurance companies and in turn screw the body shops time after time. If anyone else from a body shop sees this, I have made a complaint to CCC One and they do nothing about it. Maybe try making a complaint as well. Hopefully if enough of us complain they might decide to do something about it...
