Even though with all the construction out front on Main Street, I have to say hands-down, one of the best stays that I have experienced in a long time I’d like to say thank you To all of the Marriott employees that helped make this stay extra special the manager Jason was very accommodating and help me with an early check in, and I have a great view and a great room!Rooms: I had a great room with a wonderful viewNearby activities: You’ve got the plaza you have the Nelson Atkins Art museum so much to do in the areaSafety: No safety issues whatsoeverWalkability: Any place you wanna go is within walking distance from this hotelFood & drinks: Great food and drinks hereNoteworthy details: The Marriott crew was hands-down, very accommodating

Very friendly ,and clean, and very helpful.Nearby activities: It's a nice area to shop,and very nice restaurants.The workout area in the mills park It's nice for a date to get to know someone as well as just working out. Also they have A excellent fit , miss jim on the plaza. You can also go on a boat experience.Walkability: There is a lot of places To walk and injoy and learn about the history of K.C.MO.Food & drinks: Some of the finest restaurants are located on the plaza.Noteworthy details: Whether you're just enjoying time with friends and family.Are you're having a romantic night out The plaza is the place to be.

The hotel was nice clean and very up to date. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They made you feel like family and went out of their way to do anything to make your stay better. I have no complaints about this place and our stay was more than fantastic.Rooms: The rooms were very nice.Nearby activities: The plaza is close and they provide transportation to and from there.

Excellent stay, staff, food, service. I had concierge lounge privileges which they gave me for some reason and that was wonderful. So nice to come back after a long work day and not have to leave the hotel or deal with the crowds in the main areas. I will be back in a few weeks loved the views from the 18th floor.

Fantastic stay!Nearby activities: Great property across the street from American Century Investment headquarters. The staff is amazing. They definitely represent the Marriott brand very well.

We booked the hotel because it was across the plaza from Saint Luke’s. Parking was $30. Got to the room and our shower didn’t work. Staff were not helpful when informed about the shower. Overall not a great experience.

This room should not have been given to any guest in the state that it was in. See photo. There were holes in the walls that were covered in spackle. Not sanded, not painted. That’s how it was given to me. Are your guests now not worth a complete, finished room?

DONT STAY HERE. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service. I left a brand new dress with tags in the closet. They’ve give me the run around and been very shady about getting my stuff back. I’ve called so many times. The housekeeping manager was rude and could care less. Guess I’ll chalk it up as a loss but I’m never staying here again.

We were greated by Jason Mabin at the front desk. He was very warm and sweet enough to give us a complimentary breakfast vouchers as a welcome to Kansas City! Great first impression.The bedrooms are large and the bathroom/ shower was nice. Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The ONLY complaint I have are the pillows. The worst pillows ever
