I run a contract furniture dealership out of Atlanta GA and regularly hire installation companies all over the country. Kansas City Installers and their crew are by far the best installation company we have ever used. They have done multiple projects for us and it is as good as using my own installation crew. They take care of everything for you as if your client was theirs. Here is an example, one of our manufacturers short shipped some electrical boxes they needed during the installation. Any other company would have called me to tell me the problem and then would have happily charged me extra money to make a return trip. Not here, Lindsey called the manufacturer directly, copied me on the correspondence and supplied all of the needed information. Its because of her quick action, the manufacturer was able to overnight the needed parts and they finished the install on time. This is just an example of the many things they do right. I will always use Kansas City Installers and wish other installation companies were half this good.

Great folks! I work for a furniture company in Houston and use them for projects in the area. Even with the distance the whole company is very professional and prompt in relaying information (shout out to Lindsey & Derrick!). I am with a dealer in Atlanta and do installations all over the country. Kansas City Installers is the best group I have ever worked with. The prices are fair and the service is outstanding. If they tell you they are going to do something, they do it, and then they follow up with you. Its rare when you can 100% trust a company to handle an installation out of your area and know they will handle it as well as you would. This company rocks.

I've worked with KC Installers for over 5 years and I've always come away completely happy and satisfied with the level of service they provide. I help run multiple locations in the metro area and they're accommodating and flexible and very knowledgeable when it comes to building/modifying office equipment to your needs. A few years ago we received some hand me down cubicles from another office. We received a truckload of miscellaneous pieces and no had no clue what to do with them. I found KC Installers through Google search. They looked over a tentative drawing we had done and made changes where needed to ensure the cubicles would fit in the area we had and that they would actually remain standing. :) They were quick and efficient. Fast forward to this year and our move to a new building. I had and idea of how I wanted the cubicles set up, but they were again amazing at making the necessary changes so my drawing would work in reality. They also broke down the cublicles, moved them to the new location and reassembled them in less than a work day. These guys really work so well together and do an amazing job. During the setup we discovered we had one missing desk piece to make my drawing work. I had contacted another area company to get a replacement piece and had an awful time getting anyone there to actually respond to my calls and emails. I contacted KC Installers and had the perfect solution in a timely manner. Everyone I had contact with at this company was a pleasure to work with.
