I own KC Mobility Scooter Rentals, a mobility device rental business. Last week I had four of my mobility Scooters rented out during the recent writer's conference. The security staff were extremely friendly and helpful both when dropping off and picking up mobility Scooters. I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank a occupation who doesn't always get the recognition they deserve. Thank you for making it super easy to conduct business at the convention center.

I'm here visiting for the 2024 AWP Writers conference and had the pleasure of riding with Lyft driver Chelle. What an amazing experience! Not only was she wonderfully pleasant but she had her Traverse equipped with all this super neat and necessary swag that she offered FREE to her passengers! I think that is so thoughtful and sweet. Lyft app doesn't provide a way to leave positive comments on its app only complaints. So shout out to Chelle Lyft driver of a black Traverse for going over and beyond and leaving me with such a positive impression of the service and of the city. WOW... just WOW!
