I had my car looked at here and they wasn't honest and didn't do a good job. I went back and they was aware of what they did wrong and said they would get me right and call me back about putting it towards another service and they never did as promised to call or get ahold of me because of there unprofessional job. It's been a couple months at this point I want a refund and will go to another dealership. Keep in mind I had my car towed here I live a hour away and I had it have it towed there and back home at my dime. This is very unprofessional!! Not only that my keys got lost when the tow truck driver was there to pick it up and they had to find my keys and keep the tow truck driver waiting and he had other things to do... , And yet the tow truck driver had to contact me about the matter and I had to step outta what I was doing to call the dealership about there mess up!,and get it sorted out unprofessional on there part all around, this was a very unpleasant experience for a dealership especially a luxury car dealership!

Very satisfying experience. Everything was above board and transparent. Full accommodation of all rebates and discounts as per eligibility. No pressure of any kind to buy the vehicle.

The payoff of my vehicle could not have been any better. Jason was wonderful to work with and kept in touch respectfully and did not overdo it. From the time I walked in to the time I left the whole transaction took less than 20 minutes. All associates were welcoming!
