Amazing service and quality care for members. 24/7 club that’s not cheap food good quality across the board. Everyone is kind and goes above and beyond.

For a new airport, things are already getting worn out. The bathrooms in particular. Everything else is normal for an airport.

Rooms are old, AC sucks. The front desk spends more time on there phones then helping customers. No more for this family.

Accommodation close to the airport, the shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes and takes 5 minutes. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a restaurant with a good selection of beers on tap and good food at reasonable prices. The only downside is that free wifi is only for registered members, however registration can be done easily at the reception.

Excellent Marriott. All of my default expectations are met, and the platinum breakfast exceeded my expectations. There were several staff who seemed new on the job but that is not something that changes my view of the place. Art the van driver was prompt, professional, and fun to chat with. This is a great option if you are simply looking for a stay close to the airport. Didn’t even hear any airplane noise.

I am done with Marriott hotels, the hotel lobbys are a little nicer than most hotels but the rooms are mediocre. It seems they want a nice facade when you walk in but the rooms, showers, bathrooms, etc are mediocre. This trip we stayed at KC airport Marriott and had to pay additional costs of parking, wi-fi and breakfast ($18 per person for the normal hotel breakfast which is average). I can eat a nice breakfast at Snooze or an equivalent for $18. Sorry, Marriott I am a Bonvoy member and not sure what benefit it brings, I have not figured it out yet. We also were considering your $20,000 membership to exclusive hotels, upgrades and villas but not now. Goodbye Marriott.

I am a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member, so I stay at Marriott properties a lot. For a full service Marriott, I was very underwhelmed by this property.
My general impression was “this must be an independently owned Marriott that is struggling financially”. The front desk staff was overwhelmed and needed more help. After dropping my rental car off, I called the front desk (per their instruction) to have the shuttle pick me up at the rental car location. I tried to get through to the front desk about 20 times and nobody ever answered. I ended up paying $10 to have an Uber bring me back.
The rooms are average and the bathroom was small. There were hairs from the previous guest stuck to the shower wall (gross). The bar/restaurant had a strange setup with chairs that didn’t pull up to the table - fine for getting drinks. Not so great for eating a meal. Also, no complimentary bottles of water for Platinum Elite members?
The location was nice if you’re flying. The shuttle to the airport was large and on time.
For the rate I paid, I was very underwhelmed.

We stayed at the Marriott Kansas City Airport for our last night in KC to make our early 6 AM flight more convenient, and it was an excellent choice. The room was large, modern, and very clean, with a well-designed layout and a large window overlooking the lake. The hotel itself was meticulously maintained, but what really stood out was the exceptional service, specifically Nathaniel, who was at the front desk at 4:30 AM. What a highly skilled professional and wonderful person! After finding out our flight departure time, he assured us that the next shuttle would allow us plenty of time to catch our flight. While we were waiting for the shuttle, he went out of his way to offer us a couple of bottles of water, even though he didn't know we were Titanium Elite Members. This thoughtful gesture truly made us feel valued as guests.
The shuttle service was prompt, efficient, and clean, getting us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Overall, the Marriott Kansas City Airport exceeded our expectations and made our travel experience much smoother. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, quality, and outstanding service.
Rooms: Our room was large, modern, and very clean, with a well-designed layout and a large window overlooking the lake.
