Hands down the best pet boutique in Kansas City! Sooo welcoming and nice, extremely personal and very happy to help find everything you need! I adore this store. They are one of my favorite places to shop for my dog! I got a custom collar made there and it was only like 30ish bucks which is pretty amazing and they have super cute treats there and lots of necessities such as shampoo and food as well. They have a giant wall full of different colors and you just pick one out and then you pick the size out and then they custom make it. They told me it would be ready in 3 days but it is ready the next day! My dog also loves to roll around in mud and dirt so I was a little concerned about how the collar would clean but all I had to do was scrub it a little bit with a Scrub Daddy and soap and then rinse it off and it was as good as new. I am so happy with how the collar turned out and my dog looks so beautiful in it! Can't recommend k9 closet enough!!

Love this place. The reason I go most is for the special collars. Heidi (owner) has the biggest selection & sizes. There’s everything for cats and dogs there. Clothes, collars, food, supplements, CBD for dogs, leashes, toys, and treats! JUST GO!

I just picked up my first order of custom collars and was SO happy with them! The store is adorable, the people working there are great, and the store cat is a delightful heathen. They also carry high quality pet food, toys, and more. My only wish is that the store was bigger and carried even more good stuff - with that being said, you’ll still have no problem finding something awesome for your pet!

Went in to find a toy for our mouthy dog, we were pointed to some good product designed for heavy chewers and our dog loved it, no more chewed up kids toys so far.

K9 Closet is a fantastic place to get unique products for your cats and dogs. They have lung tips my dogs and cats adore. And a big bag is very reasonably priced. They also have a wide variety of martingale collars that the owner hand makes. They have a refrigerator stocked with fresh food, dog toys that are "indestructible", and a large variety of cat toys. They have lots of choices for dog cookies, often in themes such as Chiefs or Royals. They always have new and different products available and have a great skin care line for pets with problem areas. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And you can bring your pet inside and the staff will love on them!! Excellent store!

Gracie enjoyed her visit to k9 closet near the city today and gave it 10 outta 10 bones . They have a wide selection of cookies, handmade collars with fun patterns, toys, food - everything! The staff was also the best - especially the shop cat named Eddie who wanted to be her BFF. ??

Awesome customer service!!! Very friendly. I got notified over a text message and a personal call that something worked out wrong and I really appreciated that a "real life" and friendly person informed me that the material , that I ordered a collar from, was delivered in the wrong color. ( not to their fault! )
