Refinancing our loan was not something we knew much about! John Willoughby made the process quick and painless! When my husband and I were buying our house John made that process very smooth an less stressful. We recently did a refi on that same house. John helped us through that process and made it great. I would highly recommend John Willoughby.

We cannot say enough about John! He is great at what he does and you can tell he enjoys his work. We used him when we bought our house in 2017 but a year or so later our mortgage was sold to another company (at no fault of his). I called john earlier this year and said we wanted to come back/refinance to Union Home Mortgage.He kept an eye out for a lower intrest rate and called us when one came through.I refer a lot of people to him and we will be using him in the future!

I was a first time home buyer and Kimberly Downs was recommended to me and I was glad I decided to work with her and Union Home Mortgage. She was always available for questions when I had them and was extremely involved since day 1. Not only did she work extremely hard to get my loan approved but she did it in less than 30 days.
