They have great customer service. As a professional who travels frequently, I often need coverage in other states and have changes to different locations. If there is ever and issue they always send out a message or email to help get it squared away. They have stopped what they were doing and even stayed late to take care of policy changes that are needed.

I need to tell you why I have been with Joe and his team for well over 20 plus years. CUSTOMER SERVICE! I remember being in my early 20's having an accident and not having a clue. I called Joe and he took time out of his day to walk me through what to do. I remember being shaken up and him being kind and helping me through. Through the years our family has changed as well as our insurance needs. Joe has been there for these moments and made sure we were covered for them. Recently, I had an accident to where of all things I needed an engine. Well the service repair shop I elected to use was awful. They were very condensending, anyway they told me my car was ready but it wasn't. The engine light remained on. I was told it's fine, nothing more we can do. I needed my car as they took 2 weeks to fix the car. I needed to get out of the rental as I had used up all that state farm was paying for. I finally got a position working from home so I wanted to get the engine light fixed. My claim was denied, but that didn't stop Joe and Brandy. These guys contacted my adjuster, contacted more folks to present why this falls under the warranty. The end result, my claim was accepted. I am skipping alot of details because it's such a long story. However the take away is this, Joe, Brandy, Ann and the crew here put you the insured first. You! Your needs, your concerns! If you want to be the priority, have someone be in your corner when things are just not going right. This is your agent, these are the people who will stand up for you, be there for you. I recomend Joe and his team everyday!

Any time I have called this State Farm agency they have always been easy and pleasant to deal with. They answer all my questions and if they don't know an answer they will find it out and get back to me. I have had one accident - a deer hit me - and they took care of everything in a very professional way. I highly recommend them!

The Joe Nowatzki agency always answers the phone promptly (usually on first ring!) & does not waste time looking up my info; they always have it instantly. Always friendly & courteous responses & fast service. This agent & office were recommended to me by a relative who is also a client, and I have been very pleased with their services ever since.

No matter how minor or major the issue/claim may be, The Nowatzki State Farm office personnel are always extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Every phone call answer by an actual person ready to assist and answer any questions.

Everyone in the office is very helpful. They were able to find affordable rates for me and my 16 year old when everyone else wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Joe and his team are very responsive and helpful. I am very glad we changed agencies!!

Joe and his team are number 1. I have had many insurance companies and found that these folks are great. Very friendly, very helpful, the best coverage and by far the cheapest coverage. I even purchased rental insurance and it was still cheaper than my old plan. Can’t wrong here. Give them a call. 5 star all the way!
