We were moving after living in our house for almost 20 years so you can imagine the stuff we had accumulated . The movers were on time and exceptionally hard workers. They did not stop until the work was finished. The move took almost 6 hours. We had two sets of steps but they never once complained. They were respectful to us. They were careful with our stuff. I could not of asked for any better workers as these two. We had to put our stuff in storage and want to ask for them again when we move to our new home. We were extremely happy with these workers!!!! If you are moving I would use this company

Completely unprofessional! Had scheduled a move on saturday, had me reschedule it to sunday and then didn't show up! Didn't answer calls and didn't return voice mails. There are many other movers out in kansas city, do not book these guys!

Scammers. Offer of groupon was $85 for two hours which is a $170 value. Called to make appointment and found out with all of their add on taxes and fees it would cost me $170 dollars. When I told them it wasn't a deal then and I was interested they started screaming at me.

The moving experience itself was a positive one, their movers are hard workers and very friendly, despite being 1 hour late, However, the person who actually handles the billing/accounts, I found to be very rude and dishonest. They did not honor their deal on Groupon which only would have had us out 85.00, instead of the 245.00 we ended up paying. I called on 5 separate occasions to have this all explained, why we were being charged extra, each time was told they needed to look at my account. I finally call again, this time stating I would not hang up, I would stay on the line and wait for my explanation. This was met with a very rude attitude, followed by professionalism and lies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
