o not use this body shop especially if you are a woman i had my car repaired there it was about $15.000 i was hit by someone it has had issues since it will not stay in line i went back within two days and Jeff Newberry called me crazy said there was nothing wrong and sent me back to dealer ship they have did numerous things and i still have issues especially with brakes Jeff told me i was only one of 500 customers for the month that was unhappy i have contacted the attorney general and dealer ship will not answer them so you have to use private attorney to get car fixed i have gotten new sun roof all kinds of repairs on the front end of my car. under my warranty that is why cost us so much for the warranty they do illegal stuff to fix their mistakes and nothing has worked i called dealer ship my brakes went out again recently and i also text service manager Brian Hodes nothing i finally took car in two days later guy said i have never seen this happen before it sounds like a big truck stopping they said oh nothing is really wrong they all sound like this. that is a lie i have driven many of their loaners 8 to be excact since i was ran into i was told they should have never tried to fix they had car for weeks and told me it would not stay in line they dont want to admit they are wrong and they should have never tried to fix it should have been totaled . At dealer ship they sent 2 or 3 of thier guys out to talk to try and intimated you while trying to tell you stuff didnt happen. I even had head liner messed up i have pictures of grease all over and they finally cleaned that Matt Donnavan got in on it and did nothing Rob Fubecker probaly not spelled correctly said when i brought back in for brakes said Dorothy you know all of this didnt happen i have all of paper work Attorney General says she will keep on record for up to 15 years she states she knew i was telling the truth from paper work i even picked up last time was out of line i have papers to prove. Take it from me i thought this would be a good place to repair it is not especially if you are a woman they try to act as if you dont know anything especailly when Jeff Newberry said you are crazy if you think im going to fix this car and get you something to drive yes i did expect that they received 15,000 to fix mine and i went back with in two days. This is a greedy dealership and body shop think it through before you deal with either they are bad.D

Someone backed into me. It was covered by insurance but I didn't really know what was covered and what wasn't. The folks here work with insurance companies every day, they put me more at ease about the process, told me more about next steps than my own insurance company.
The repair work was flawless, looked brand new, finished faster than they estimated and they made sure I was set up in a rental while they worked. Cannot recommend this team enough, easy five stars.

Had a dent and a few deep scratch marks near the fuel door on our 2023 Accord. Body shop claims they needed to remove BOTH tail lights to repaint the area. They managed to break not 1 but BOTH tail lights while trying to remove them, all at my expense. Wish they had watch a few YouTube videos on how to remove them without breaking them.

I took my Acura in for minor dings and dents that were significant and unsightly to me. I appreciated how Jeff Newberry and Ben Nazworthy treated my concern as though it was major collision damage. It mattered to me so it mattered to them. I was informed of every step, and there were no surprises. Car was restored and delivered as though nothing ever happened!!! Cannot rate the care and service any higher than five stars or I would!!!! Should I have major collision damage or minor dings, I’ll return.

Had underbody work done after hitting the curb. It took a few weeks to get it done, possibly due to parts/etc.

Had an excellent experience with Jay Wolfe. My vehicle was hit by a person with a cut rate insurance company that was very hard to work with and non responsive in communication. Jadey was my service coordinator and she made sure that the insurance company was held responsible for the repairs caused by their client. She got the right parts to make the repairs look as good as new. Thanks Jadey

I was given an estimate of $3,750. Naturally, I felt compelled to obtain a second estimate. A company that I was told that does most of Aristocrat’s body work, Bodyshop Unlimited, gave me an estimate of $1,000. They performed the work extremely well, and billed me $950 .

Take your car to someone who can actually diagnose AND FIX the problem. I took my car to Jay Wolf for body/undercarriage damage after an unfortunate encounter with a deer. The process itself of getting the car fixed took months, and a significant amount of calling on my end to get any kind of update on what was happening. After getting my car back I recognized some issues which I brought to the attention of Jay Wolf. Their answer to this was to inform me that they only specialize in body work and don't have a mechanic to evaluate these problems. Which begs the questions, who did the undercarriage work on the car which required replacing some mechanical components? They're "pretty sure" its not what they replaced, but they can't tell me for sure because they didn't even test their work before giving my car back. I'm now tasked with taking my car somewhere else to determine the problem.Service: Body & Trim

Took them nearly 4 weeks to finish, but they were about as upfront as they can be the whole time about it. I thought they did a great job on the car and Vinny took time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions
