  I was very nervous about shopping for a new car all alone, and I can’t express how genuine and helpful Lon was during the whole process. I never felt like they were hiding anything from me and trying to be sneaky. I would recommend Lon 100 times over!

  These folks did me a huge solid. My driver side door lock actuator passed away (RIP ??) so the door wouldn't open at all. I would've been able to replace the broken part on my own IF ONLY I could get the door open first. They got it open for me using sorcery and had the part swapped in less than 5 minutes.
