It’s so much more efficient than other shops that it’s worth the extra 20 minute drive to go here. Other shops want you to make an appointment always at an inconvenient time or they are “all booked up on inspections.”J&L gets it done in a timely manner and they are very friendly. Cool old shop too.

I went in for state inspection. Got a new bulb for my middle rear light on a 2004 civic. Overall, I was here for less than 20 min. These guys are good and trustworthy.

The easiest place to get a car inspection. I got here before 9am on a Saturday and since it was my first time and I couldn’t see any cars outside I called to check that they were open. The person on the phone was very nice and told me to wait outside in front of the garage door. I was done in less than 15 minutes.
Don’t forget to bring cash as they don’t take cards!

They refused to give me an inspection sticker because the sun visor on my windscreen was 3 inches over the limit ..wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

When I called about getting an inspection, the guy on the phone was really nice! He said I had to get there between 3pm-4pm. When I drove all the way over, stopped to get cash & got there at 325pm he told me they were closed. Luckily, City Wide across the street was open & I remembered I'd gone there last time!
