Front office never available by phone. Door to my unit building was rarely shut and locked. Parking/access areas littered with nails, screws, broken glass, needles, etc. Interior of unit building also littered with same items at times. I noticed evidence of water inside the unit multiple times. Found standing water inside of my unit a day after it had rained. Front office denied any possibility of outside water entering the unit until I showed them evidence. Filed an insurance claim which was an extremely lengthy process and ultimately denied based their interpretation of exclusion C. Lost over two thousand worth of property and priceless sentimental items, and most of all time. Highly regret choosing this place.
Update: the number provided by istorage in reply to my original review is just their regular prompt/call center number. No direct line to anyone. Insurance company never spoke with istorage or any representative at istorage during their investigation and never inspected the unit or building. Complete waste of time and money to rent from istorage.
