“I was @ t-mobile today had volume problems with phone got a young guy I also brought my last phone that had treasured pictures of deceased friends on it & the guy physically cracked my old phone luckily a lady tried to help me. I'm so unhappy he broke my old phone on purpose (what a pain he was cursing he got upset with current phone & hitting buttons hard may of hurt it. Not sure yet but he abused my current phone. I was scared of him. The lady that helped me said the employees saw him break my phone & they were worried. I will see what mgr does I should get a brand new phone for what I been through. I still hope we can get pictures back (not sure) Cheryl @ T-Mobile called me & took very good care of me. Very professional I am very happy to stay with T-Mobile. I was surprised by a lot of updates that Verizon offered and the prices in which they offered it. I will say Markell was knowledgeable and well informed about the service and products that his company offered. This young man is a asset and won back a customer that left in the past. I will say that if you are visiting this location ask for Markell.”
“I went in this store to return a headset I bought elsewhere. The store was full of customers but I was greeted instantly. The young man that greeted me took my name and offered me a seat while I waited. A young lady named gabby popped up out of nowhere and said she could help me. “My experiences at t mobile have been good in the past. Today wasn't one of those days. Having switched from T-Mobile to Mint a year and a 1/2 ago I was reluctant to return due to their high rate plans in comparison.

Am not a customer that needs the everything all the time plan. I was pleasantly surprised that T-Mobile advertised.Hey, prepaid service that was nearly identical to my mint.Plan only half the price.
My friend and I went to sign up for this pror no only to find out that the store claimed they cannot sell just any plan advertised by T-Mobile.
This made no sense to me but it seemed to make sense to my friend Who have spoken to T-Mobile corporate on the phone earlier in the day.
Verify the details of the prepaid offer.
We were barely out the door before he had them on the phone.
As it turned out, the misunderstanding was Partially my fault.
The advertisement I saw about this program was expired.
T-Mobile employees point e's failed to tell me about the exact same program. I was looking for but less money and more data in this one.
Instead of pointing fingers , we all got a good laugh each other's embarrassment.
And the process once time consuming and We were glad to get it behind us.
My device to someone looking into changing or starting a phone plan is to be prepare before talking to them”

“KCFiber is an excellent ISP and a shining example of what municipal internet service should look like.I work from home, and in 4 years of service with them there has been exactly one unplanned outage. This outage was due to a thunderstorm causing an electrical outage across parts of NKC; a service failing of the electrical company if anything. Service was restored quickly as soon as Evergy was able to restore electrical service to the affected areas.KCFiber offers FREE Gigabit internet after a one-time setup fee. This has saved us thousands of dollars over Google Fiber or any other provider. Additionally, they do not force you to use their own equipment like some of the other providers. For anyone experiencing issues with their WiFi please understand that these issues are most likely related to the local equipment inside of your home and NOT the ISP. I would strongly suggest using your own equipment and making sure that the equipment you use is appropriate for your home. As an analogy, you wouldn't blame the electric company when your electrical devices trip your circuit breaker-- likewise you shouldn't blame the ISP for issues with your Wireless Router.The speeds are incredible-- KCFiber provides Gigabit speeds for BOTH upload and download while most ISPs only provide Gigabit for download only while throttling upload speeds to a fraction of that. True 1Gb upload and download is rare and makes a ton of difference in usability. I have had my house wired for ethernet and have no fewer than 16 hard-wired devices and 30-40 wireless clients connected simultaneously and have never even come close to maxing out the gigabit throughput, even while streaming 4k video on several devices and hosting multiple websites.For the technically inclined, while KCFiber does not offer residential static IP addresses as a service, I have had the same external IP address for 4 years, so it may as well be static. KCFiber does not block port forwarding like many other ISPs making it easy to host your own websites and services, or forward ports for online gaming.The few times I needed to call KCFiber, the on-call technicians were knowledgeable and professional, even at 8pm at night.All in all, this ISP has been the best I have ever used. North Kansas City should be proud to offer such a great service for the residents here and to do so at no cost to homeowners. Please support this local ISP to make sure that the city does not allow Google/Comcast/ATT to takeover. For privacy, speed, cost and reliability, we would all be much worse off with them as opposed to KCFiber.”
