I should have read these reviews first. I moved to this area and this place was close and convenient. I brought in two winter coats to be cleaned and ready for next winter. Was not ready for three days and then charged $52.00 for two coats - and the job was not that great

This is what happens when you take your shirt to Ida’s Daisy fresh cleaners on North Oak. You bring it in blue and it comes out pink. When you call them the owner answers and tells you he isn’t in and hangs up on you. Didn’t offer to pay our $100 shirt. Big fail Idas. I will make sure everyone seesThis post. This is the way he does business!

I have been using Ida's since 2007 and have had good service. Last week of 7/5/2019 I dropped two pair of khaki colored tactical pants for a medium starch. I picked the pants up yesterday and they did not have starch and was charged $17.00. I informed the Asian owner who I have dealt with since I have first started using this facility that there is no starch on the pants and there was a crease that looked like a hand iron was lightly ran over them. The owner said in broken English you said light starch, stated no I requested medium starch. He said next time, I said next time? Since on was on my way to work and could not be late I took the trousers and moved on. I looked at the ticket on the plastic bag and it had M/S which is and appreviation for medium starch, I know this because I worked in a Navy ship's laundry pressing Marine and Sailors cammies and dungarees for over two years. I am wondering is he trying to shame me for $17.00, was there a mistake and he does not want to own it. I thinking what? I am going back today and should he not correct this matter I will give him three choices correct the error, inform him of how long I have been using his service and I will no longer do so, or get stupid and waste our time and money and take him to small claims court. I am really puzzled about this.

Went to this dry cleaner due to close to home. What I received was coat back with hair all over it. Service personnel motioned to me to use a lint roller on coat. Still charged full price for 1/2 cleaned coat. Would not recommend this dryer cleaner to anyone. No pride in service provided. Oh I forgot very expensive top it off. Not at all economical as per other reviews.

I had a bridesmaid dress that I was ready to sell cleaned at Ida's. Usually, I go to another dry cleaner, but opted for Ida's because they were able to have the item ready two days earlier. The dress was ready when I arrived and they did a great job, but the cost was nearly double what I've paid in the past for cleaning on formal dresses - granted I didn't ask when I dropped it off as I never anticipated it'd be so high. I will probably stick with what I know next time, but if you're in a time crunch and money is not a problem, this place will get the job done.

I have been a customer at Ida's for years. Their rates are reasonable and their cleaning is superb. They can get most things ready the next day if needed, and they are always very friendly.

I specifically went to this dry cleaners because on their website and on the front window of their building it states that they offer same day dry cleaning. I went on a Wednesday and requested that it be ready the following day at 5pm and they told me that they could not have it done until Friday afternoon at the earliest. I asked about the same day cleaning and the man just shrugged and said that they do not do that any more. Incredibly frustrating and he was unapologetic. I do not recommend anyone use this cleaner as they do not live up to their word.

This place is super convenient. They have same day service which if you’re getting funeral clothes cleaned is so helpful! They were super kind to me as I was a wreck. I dropped off a bunch of stuff and it was ready as promised each time. They’re eco-friendly, economical and super compassionate!

An excellent dry cleaners, covenient location, economical and friendly. I was very pleased with the outcome of my regular and some special occasion clothings. Does not have that unpleasant dry cleaning odor of other cleaners.
