Give one price then state another. Give the wrong doses. Should have been fifty milligrams instead got 25 milligrams even though the prescription was for 50. Had to pay for two three months supply. Haven’t a clue about diabetes. Call to get prescription say it will be tomorrow and then call a check and it will be the next day. Not very honest. Have a manufacturer coupon for insulin at 35 dollars charge me 65 instead.

Hy-Vee is a one-stop grocery store for anything you may need to make some tasty meals. They just remodeled and now have huge candy section smack dab in the middle of the store. If you like candy, just stop by to get what you need. They do need to work on their catering service as they have completely messed up orders multiple times. However, that didn't stop me from giving them 5 stars. The people are generally friendly, it's expensive but you can get what you need and move on with your day.

Don't bring interracial children in here! Employee are racist! I'm so upset! Buffalo chicken dip shouldn't be seasonal. It should be year round. Managers and employees shouldn't mean mug customers... they should welcome them. The kid with Down syndrome welcomed me better than anyone there! I rather give my sales to 64th street than here because y'alls bad attitudes and racism.

This review is for the Market Grill. I love HyVee but I cannot recommend eating in the bar and restaurant. We waited 90 minutes for one of our entrees in an empty restaurant. The waitress was very nice and tried hard. It wasn't her fault at all. It's a nice cute place. Almost doesn't feel like you're in a grocery store. I wouldn't recommend coming unless you have hours to wait and don't care for a mediocre meal.

We used to shop here all the time. They have really good produce and fresh meat. The staff is friendly, and the store is clean, but wow have things changed.We no longer shop at Hyvee because:* The prices have been raised so high that they are outright gouging on specific items, compared to other stores* The unique items we used to go there for, are now sold at other stores for lower prices* Their fuel discount program has been heavily modified, and seems to not be worth it anymoreDo yourself a favor and open your eyes to other stores. For example, a very small bag of doritos is 4.99-5.99 at Hyvee. At Costco, you can get a bag three times larger for 6.99.They just seem to be jacking the prices up to where it doesn't make sense, even if its more convenient.They have lost our business beside maybe the occasional steak.Good luck Hyvee.

It was very organized and clean. Nothing to complain about, honestly just wanted to share a photo of highly organized shelves. Also, the 2/$5 deals are valid even if you buy just one of that item.

Rude. Same lady is rude and has a hateful tone every single time. My first visit to this pharmacy started off with this kind of attitude. I gave them chance after chance. If people hate their job so badly, get another job. I only go there for the convenience, even though the drive-thru doesn’t work most of the time. Very judgmental towards pain medication. People, I’d rather NEVER have to take another pain medication again for the rest of my life, then to have to experience the pain all day, everyday, like I do. Not everyone is on the opiate addiction train because they like how it makes them feel. It does nothing for me except takes the edge off the pain and allows me to function. For that, I am very thankful for it, and my Dr who understands it. Thanks to the pharmacy who counts the meds and puts them in a bottle, all while thinking negative thoughts and then portrays them while picking the meds up. ? You don’t make life any easier. Try kindness and empathy for once, and just be thankful that you are not in the same medical condition.

HyVee Pharmacies I feel are the best in the city. The St Claire location is my favorite! I’ve been going to this location for many years & it’s incredible! The St Claire staff is knowledgeable, kind and consistently helpful.

I received excellent service from ordering online and picking up for free a few hours later. The young man loading the groceries into the back of my car worked quickly and was very cheerful despite the 2 degree wind chill. I'm very thankful for their help during this Omicron season.

lack of way to communicate- sit on hold for an hour, for no one to come back to the phone. They moved my pick up time over and hour later, when I would be at work and I had no way to communicate with them to either reschedule or cancel order. I understand people are busy, but something has to give.
