I don't have a bad thing to say about my experience here over the last year or so. The refill reminder texting option is great, the drive through video screen is always prompt, and they've never been anything but friendly. I'm glad I switched to them from one of the other major pharmacy chains.

They were considerably cheaper than CVS, more accessible than CVS. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Hy-Vee pharmacy.

Inconsiderate and unprofessional pharmacy employees. They one don't know how to talk to their customers and all they can do is hang up the drive thru intercom in your face. As I went in to grab my meds, and asked for the district managers name and number. The main store manager came up and said his name (Michael Berguard), and told me I don't have a valid reason to contact him. Then she started laughing in my face, as I told her how unprofessional she is.Can't your days hyvee pharmacy, many Google reviews and unhappy customers, I hope y'all get new management and a better professional team.

Love my Hy-Vee, very friendly employees. Store is clean. Sometimes the pharmacy is very busy, but usually they have people that will jump in to help check out their customers.

Pharmacies already suck but this location treats that as a goal to achieve or a race to be won. Had the same prescription and every time I went to pick it up there was an issue EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If you happen to get the young Asian girl you're better off just turning around trying another day, she has no problem solving skills in her at all.

I called in 2 inhalers at 8am & they were not ready by 4:30pm the same day. Was told I would have to wait 45 minutes - 1 hour for them to get it filled. I understand this pharmacy gets very busy, but for 2 inhalers that come pre-packaged, you would think 9 hours would be more than enough time to get them filled.

I brought in a hard copy script over a week ago and I was told it would be ready yesterday. I called today and they said my script is lost and they can’t find it and even if they did, they are short staffed and not able to fill it today. I have SO many concerns about a pharmacy “losing” a script for a controlled substance and then the level of customer service on not filling it if they do find it since this is an error on their part.

I waited 3 hours at the pharmacy, checking in 4 different times, each time they said they were still working on it. Then 20 minutes before they closed, they informed me they didn't have the medication in stock. I don't understand why they couldn't tell me that initially. I wasted an entire night waiting for a script that was not even in stock.

I know pharmacies are busy but this place is a joke. Customer service is lacking at this pharmacy and they make sure you never want to get filled here again. DO NOT FILL AT THIS PHARMACY!

Contacted all the 'major pharmacies' not one could figure out the ER Dr had written the rx wrong. Lisa recognized it immediately, Contacted the hospital and had it ready for me in 15min. Cheryl was helpful and kind too. Now I know who to call first ?

Love this Hyvee store. It's our favorite store to shop the deals and savings you get on gas. The employees are so friendly and always there to help you find something. We recommend this Hyvee for all your grogery shopping as well as customer service help.. and much more.

I have only ever used CVS pharmacies. Never again.Hy-Vee Pharmacy treated me like a human being. They didn’t go out of their way, didn’t do anything crazy. Just normal, common decency. I had to call and ask if they had X med. Which I am sure they are asked 100x a day. But they didn’t make me feel like a burden for asking. I didn’t feel like I was bothering them. They had manners, returned my manners. I don’t even like Hy-Vee that much, but it’s where imma do my shopping from now on.

I've always loved this pharmacy until the long time Pharmacist left. It has went downhill. I called the other day about an extremely important and much needed prescription that the Dr wanted my son to start ASAP. The girl on the phone, Dena? Deana? Was very rude. When I got to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions there was a guy standing next to me and people behind me and my daughter next to me. The girl behind the counter announced out loud each of my prescriptions so every stranger within ear shot knew what prescriptions I am taking. There was no need for her to say each one out loud for everyone to hear. This is definitely a HIPAA violation.
