Went for my son at a jiu-jitsu tournament. It was a super nice facility. Absolutely would recommend it for other tournaments.

Decent basketball venue, but terrible in all other facets. Air conditioning can’t keep up with building. Original stadium seating is awful. Won’t allow for water or food to be brought in to tournaments in order to “protect their vendors” per the owner’s policy. This is understandable to some degree, but not if you may have food allergies as their vendors are typical sporting event style/quality food. On top of this, cost of events are twice of that at other facilities where you don’t have to sweat through your clothes as a spectator and seating is far superior.

Great facility. The inside courts of the top floor are difficult to see and it can get very stuffy up in the seating area.

Pretty cool place for some bball. I think it hasn't been cleaned in a while. I think I saw a drink I spilled at a Garth Brooks concert in the 90s. Overall. Good place for some sports tourneys.

Nice facility. Came for a graduation and seating as nice. There were some poorly executed plans, though. I don't know if it was the arena, the school, a combination of the two. It was not clear how handicap was supposed to get up to the second floor. It was not clear that you were not supposed to sit on the bottom, and the parking was absolutely terrible. There were no parking attendees, and it took more than an hour to exit the parking lot.Again, the facility was, it was clean, and it was ideal for a graduation of that size.

CONGRATULATIONS PARK HILL TROJANS AND NCC CLASS OF 2023!!!!!! Arena not so congrats, seats to far away couldn't see and volume way to low couldn't hear! Same complaints both Saturday and Sunday. Not a good place for graduations! Wait parking was good with no problems..... Kemper Arena did rock back in the day!

The venue is nice, but could use better directing of parking in the lots. Most congestion in the parking lots and roads was lack of knowing which lot were full and everyone driving all over all them to figure out there was parking further around back. And this was the only parking lot left. What should have most likely taken 15 to 20 minutes to park took over 45 minutes due to driving through already full areas that could have been corded off or had traffic direct to by a person to the quickest path to the only parking available. I arrived a half hour earlier than venue start time and was still late to get inside on time. An easy fix just has to be done by venue staff.

An amazing sports arena. We had a great basketball tournament here. The courts are so beautiful with countless restrooms. There is also a food court here with great food options. There are lots of parking spaces too.

This is terrible! Several hours to get in, long lines with handicap people and tiny kids waiting in the cold. Only one door open to let people in. Also, people were yelling that the wrestlers (children) could go in but parents had to wait in line. The fact that these people think I am going to let my 13 yr old daughter in an arena where she does not know her way around, not great cell service here and a bunch of strangers is insane to me! The elevators and escalators do not work! Not ok for ADA! So sad for people to not be able access other floors for restrooms, food and beverage! Absolutely unacceptable. The bathrooms are disgusting (no toilet paper or hand soap) where is the staff to spot check restrooms and restock, take out trash as needed? This is a youth wrestling tournament so I guess not as much revenue as a big event however, tickets had to be purchased so I would assume they would staff accordingly. Disgusted and will not return ever to this horribly ran place! Embarrassed for kc as we are better than this!

Long wait to even get in and you are not allowed to bring food or drink. Kids have to wrestle starving because they have waited 2 hours for food and still waiting in line. Event itself was well organized and ran well but the doors and food were a huge disappointment.

No working escalators. One working elevator—the freight one—and kids playing on it broke it. This place is packed for state club wrestling, and multiple people in chairs and on scooters are trapped. My stepson, a wounded warrior shot In Afghanistan and now using a wheelchair for life, could not get out for food or bathrooms. On the note about accessibility, there were just a few handicapped parking spots among thousands.The bathrooms were disgusting, even at the start of the day. Most of them have one soap dispenser to every four sinks, so you’re tracking water everywhere.I’m contacting the Missouri Attorney General on Monday as they are breaking the ADA. This place should be repaired or closed IMMEDIATELY!

Great venue for events, good parking. Not many places to eat around here, with that said they have good food in the arena. Great renovation of old building.

I have been outside waiting to get in for over an hour and a half. They are INCREDIBLY SLOW and we are missing the event. Not helpful! No communication. A terrible venue to hold a youth wrestling tournament

What a fantastic atmosphere. The entire staff were gracious hosts for our league tournament. Chris and Steve both made sure everything went as smooth as possible. Whatever the event, they will find a way to make it happen. The food court is a great place to grab a bite so you don't have to leave and come back. Charles with Wing Busters was very nice to all patrons. I've never met a kinder person. His place was busy all day with lines out the door. The variety of food offered coupled with the service, made it the best option. The food was the best tasting as well as the best price. We look forward to our next event.

They have a Longboards located inside open daily to the publc for takeout and a eating area to sit down and eat there. Also delivery thru Uber Eats.Who knew?!?!?
