The Tax preparer made numerous errors on my refund that resulted in a very delayed tax return.My experience was very poor with my tax preparer as she asked me absolutely no tax related questions and sped through the process. There were so many errors that the IRS reached out to me via mail for follow up questions. I am very disappointed in the service and especially disappointed that I paid over $100 for peace of mind when I received quite the opposite.
