I stayed at this hotel with a friend a couple of days ago. The good is that the staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and the location is fantastic as it’s less than a 10 minute drive to the airport.Now the bad. This hotel is very dated and in need of a major update, but the worst part was that the room was not clean. I’m not talking about whether the linens were clean, because in all honesty, with everything else in the room, the cleanliness of the linens are in doubt as well, but the simple stuff to keep clean were neglected. The amount of dust on the AC return and vent was not just a week or two, but months, if not years of dirt/dust. It was to the point, just simply running my finger across, didn’t take all the dust off. Secondly, the popcorn ceilings were also full of dust. We both felt like we were staying in skanky no-tell motel.Nothing makes my skin crawl more than hotels that don’t pay attention to the details. I can deal with a dated hotel, but I can’t deal with one that is not completely clean.

I’ve been here for 3 weeks and the staff have all been so wonderful and accommodating. Everyone is kind and prompt. Would definitely stay here again.

Every time I go to chiefs games I stay in this hotel and the staff are amazing!. Love the hotel and I have options of staying at other hotels since I’m a Hilton member but I always go with this one.

Nice place, have stayed here many times when in town over the past 15 years or so, The place is in need of some maintenance as you can see the wear and items in need of attention in the common areas and especially my room. At check-in, Diamond Members are always offered water a sweet and salty treat for their loyalty. This hotel or the lady that checked me in when she only offered two bottles of water, no longer offers any perks like that but went on to thank me for my loyalty and Diamond Member status, Sweet and Salty treat is such a small token of appreciation but apparently, this is cut at this hotel along with warm cookies. They do have dog cookie treats. This is a shame and I really do not feel as valued and loyal to this hotel as I used to, I may have to try Home2Suites and another Hilton property more in town if this place continues to nose-dive. I will give it one more try when I am in town and make my decision from there. v/r, Dr. K King

Plenty of space for our family of 5 in the 2 bedroom suite. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The only flaws, the bed was very hard and the bathroom fans extremely loud.

It offers round-trip shuttles to the airport and free parking for up to 10 days through Park & Go. The rooms are also cozy, with separate living rooms and a sink, refrigerator, and microwave.

Have been staying at this hotel for over 1.5 years practically every other weekend. Staff is friendly and rooms always clean. Give breakfast a 3 since potatoes are never crispy, but at least they changed to better bacon. :)

Quick 2 night business trip. Location to airport is very convenient. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was good.2 small requests - better quality coffee and one more cardio piece in the gym (had 1 peloton bike which was great but only 1).

The staff is super friendly. Iron wasn't working, immediately brought me a brand new iron out of the box. Spacious, refrigerator, stove and microwave. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.Rooms: Clean and spacious.
