Crissy the front desk clerk is extremely rude and unpleasant. She would benefit more by NOT being employed in a hotel. Absolutely shouldn't be greeting/checking folks in.
The elevator button didn't work on any floor except the first so we had to call the front desk just to be able to get from the 3rd floor to the lobby.
The bartender saved this place's ? period. He was stellar. Crissy on the other hand should not be employed there (her demeanor is bad enough that my wife refuses to ever give the place another chance).

First of all this os NOT a Holiday inn, it's now Wyndham which makes no difference for this worn down dated hotel. After spending nearly 30 hours in our vehicle traveling this hotel was at least a place to shower and sleep. The room was not clean, the very oversized chair was filthy but only paled in comparison to what looked like someone shaking up a can a soda and let it go all over the curtains. The bathroom door didn't close properly and I. wished I had shower shoes for the bathroom. We didn't bother to ask for a different room because we were exhausted and didn't feel like trying to get the desk clerks attention from the back room again. Thank goodness we used reward points and not actual money on this room. Find somewhere else to stay

No matter what I request, I always get thrown on the top floor All the way at the end of the hall.
Restaurant: Bourbon special on the menu - they’re out.
No lettuce for burger but they have salads. Frier broke so no fries. They apparently fixed it but wanted me to wait another 30 minutes on top of the hour it took to get ONE burger. Very unprepared restaurant, but not surprised.
NO coffee or cups set out…except for the morning.

Extra clean rooms and very organized hotel!
Jamie in the front is very courteous and attentive. She is the best ive seen in a while and i travel 3 days a week all around Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. Thank you Jamie.
Safety: Safe parking lot and working street lights.
Food & drinks: Kitchen and Bar are top notch

Stayed ther for business. Overall the place was clean and orderly. Our room bathroom had 2 spots that needed drywall fixed in the corners. A hole was starting and drywall was chipping off the size of a quarter. Water pressure in shower was horrible(there wasn't much). Restaurant was closed due to no staff and elevator floors needed cleaned. Check in attendant was pleasant and helpful. Overall not a bad place and convenient for where we needed to be.

My 3 kids and I stayed 4 nights due to our heat going out. Jessica was amazing, my kids ended up sick shortly after arriving and she was not only extremely helpful but also checked on us often! Jamie and the rest of the staff were great as well, but I didn’t catch their names unfortunately. The on-site restaurant was a plus and provided great service! Also up to 2 kids eat free with one adult entree. I had the shrimp po boy and fries twice! No complaints, my kids (when well) also enjoyed the flatbread, quesadilla, and fries. Lastly, the pool water is warm, unlike some that claim to be “heated”. Thanks again!

I really think this is a decent hotel, but the service has been amazing. It definitely makes it stand out. I am so pleased with the staff, I will tip each exceptional person and thank them.
Nearby activities: Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun are visible from my room. So would be great in the summer.

Needed to pull off the road for the night due to poor weather. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful! I would highly recommend staying here!

Shae who works in the Toast to Toast is absolutely amazing! She was friendly, kind and so much fun! She interacted with my girls and myself and made us feel like family not just random guest! The hotel is clean and the beds are super comfy! I definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Overall, would not stay at another Holiday Inn.The pool was shut down by the health department, was not told when we confirmed it a couple days prior (fine, maybe it wasn't shut down yet) but then wasn't told about it at check in, and then because we paid through a third-party app and had already checked in - they refused to refund us and told us we would have to call the third-party app (who then told us the hotel manager would have to approve it). The first staff at the front desk was very rude and not forthcoming. The checkout staff was wonderful.Then, we get to the rooms, and they are just dirty. Chunks missing from walls, appeared not to have been clean, the walls are paper thin, room smelled like mildew, and you can tell there had been previous water damage and/or continuous water damage from the light/ fan fixture not operating. Some of the outlets weren't working, then in another room we had, go to turn on the water and the facet came right off.Great bartender but understaffed and overpriced kitchen.
