My ins booked a reservation for me and I took a lyft here and no cars at all. Lousy service I actually would give -5 stars if I could. Go someplace more reliable.

Location SUCKS!!! Nobody answers the phones so I came down only to find they have no cars. Guy said “sorry” and walked out, no help AT ALL. Now I have to spend money on a ride after taking valuable time out of my work day to physically come down to this useless location. Avoid.

To my surprise (based off the reviews I read) - I had no issues.
I reserved a vehicle via Priceline about a week prior to my pickup date. The day before pickup, I googled this Hertz location, read some of the reviews, and felt pretty nervous about what kind of experience I was going to have the following day. On Saturday, July 20th, I took an Uber to the Hertz office and arrived at approx 11:45 AM. I had reserved a Chevy Malibu (or equivalent) for Saturday (noon) through Friday (4:00 PM). The rep welcomed me and looked up my reservation. He had a Hyundai Sonata waiting for me in the valet lane of the Westin Crown Hotel. The rep reviewed my ID and the credit card I made the reservation with, offered me insurance and didn't push it when I declined. He then went outside to take 'before' pictures of the vehicle. He provided me with the keys and I was all set.
The Sonata was clean (both exterior and interior) and the fuel level was accurately recorded at 3/4 tank. I drive a 2007 Accord, and I was very pleased with the Sonata. It drove very smooth (zero lurching when it shifted gears), had modern safety features like adaptive cruise control and a rearview camera, and it was super easy to connect my iPhone via Apple Car Play (and then delete the device). I didn't have a single problem with the car.
I returned the car (with a full tank) on Friday, July 26th, at 4:00 PM. The checkout process took 5 minutes or less - no surprises or hidden fees.
Altogether, I had a perfect experience with this Hertz location, and I thank them for it. I will definitely return if I need to rent a car again.

Do NOT rent from here. They simply won’t have a car for you. As a member with a reservation I showed up and was told to wait an hour. After an hour was told they won’t have any cars at all for the whole day. I thought the other reviews were flukes. They are not. Cost me so many hours and my company hundreds of dollars in plans and productions. I lost an entire day. Then, they have the audacity to still charge me a booking fee despite receiving zero services with priceless damages to our travel plans. After trying to get a refund over a week ago still haven’t heard back from anyone. Will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and FTC. Absurd.

Michael Friends at the Hertz Crown Center and staff were extremely accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say about him and the staff I showed up to rent my vehicle three hours early right as they’re opening the doors and they were able to accommodate me with no problems.
Upon returning the vehicle, I was placing the keys in the dropbox and noticed Michael Friends sitting in the office, so I gave the keys to him not realizing they didn’t even open for over an hour. He went ahead and checked me in and finish the process on his own time he wasn’t even clocked in yet. I will definitely be renting from them again I appreciate everything. Thank you.

Horrible experience. I made a reservation two weeks in advance and when I went to pick it up They “ran” out of vehicles. No warning or courtesy call or nothing. Had to go to the airport and pay more than double for the same vehicle. Horrible customer service. Will never use Hertz ever again.

On 2 different occasions I reserved vehicles. Come in the next day and no one is ever able to find my reservation right away and I'm told that there isn't any vehicles available. This is frustrating because in both instances I've paid for uber to get me there when someone could have called and told me that there were no available vehicles. Then I have to frantically look for another rental company and pay for another uber. Both times I was late for work and spent more money for the inconvenience. Not to mention that on one of those visits another renter was in front of me and she didn't have a credit card for her reservation and was not able to get her rental. When I got to the counter after her they told me they didn't have any rentals even after not being able give the previous customer her reservation. Highly disappointed is an understatement. I was late to work both times and had to pay for uber for unnecessary trips.

LOCATION NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
This location staff has only been rude and pathetic service. I have booked directly with hertz or with third party and this location team has only given trouble/ last minute surprises. Hertz needs to do a serious surprise audit of this location if it wants to continue to make business from this location.
Guy named Michael friends who calls himself Manager here threatens people to cancel reservation if you ask for same category vehicle, forget upgrade. If someone doesn't have gold membership, he will behave even more harsh. Lady before me was treated badly too. Would recommend folks to check this location google rating before making a reservation, I made the mistake to not check that before. Person renting car is for vacationing with friends/ family and these associates have no rights to make it difficult for customer, person is paying for the service, you are not giving free rentals.
I expect hertz to take serious action at current associates at the location (may 2024). Worst HERTZ experience so far, happily paid extra with enterprise with 100 times better service.

Went to pick up a suv i prepaid for just to be told they didn't have the car or anything similar. The staff tried to upsale me into a bigger vehicle which cost more. When I declined he told me to cancel the reservation. Very unprofessional. I left with no car.
