I have used Hendrick before and had such a good experience that I was willing to wait for them to have availability to repair my CR-V after a recent collision. They once again did an outstanding job and made sure my vehicle was repaired right the first time. Will Combs was my point of contact and he kept me in the loop as the work progressed. Will and Hendrick made it easy for me.

The woman that runs the front desk should not have customer interactions whatsoever. Was rude, condescending and zero people skills. Never got the chance to see their work as she was the only person there to interact with me and I would never choose Hendricks after these interactions.

Impeccable service! Tony was impressive to work with and a professional in his business! The appointment was made and he was promptly on time and cordial upon meeting him! The facility was inviting and well laid out for comfort while waiting! An accommodating business which has the reputation of the "best of the best" in the KC metro area! This is the only place we'd go to have our vehicle repaired when everybody else tells you it's not worth it! Make your appointment and ask for Tony!

Consistent excellent work AND customer service! Started with a collision that I took to a different well-reputed local BMW collision center who did a terrible job. Worked with insurance company to have Hendrick redo they work, and they did it beautifully! Specifically, I worked with Wayne Malott who has been responsive and helpful throughout and since.

I called on 7/3/24 at 9:48am, so they have been open and were not about to close, as a possible customer. I asked the lady working if they worked on my type of car, she said yes. I asked her if they also could paint match my car... she hung up. This is not a good look on the company. I was recommended to bring my business here, but decided not to just on how rude this lady was.
