The plants are infested. I went to look for a specific plant, and it was covered in mealy bugs. Went back a few months later, bought 3 plants, got them home to prepare them for their new place, and in those 3 plants I found thrips, spider mites, and mealybugs. Two other plants I bought this summer had root rot, roots were checked the day they were purchased. There is also a girl who works at the front checking people out, and if there's no one there for her to help she just follows people and stares at them like they're stealing. She once went to an employee at the back and pointed at me and my partner, then the employee responded "I'll keep an eye on em". I didn't even have a purse with me, and my pants had no pockets. Overall it's a beautiful nursery, and that's why it gets an extra star. But if you look close at the plants, it's an infestation in your home waiting to happen. And if you like being treated like a thief, this is your place.

Awesome selection of plants - more varieties of herbs than I have seen in one place before, plus tons of annuals, perennials, houseplants, and accessories, I especially like the signs they have for the majority of the plants so you know the light and soil conditions, size, whether a plant is typically easy to care for. I will be back!

Nice place to plant shop with helpful staff. Prices are not the most competitive but their plants always look healthy.

Our experience with Cliff was super. He brought our Ficus plant back to life. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our concerns.

Great place for flowers and veggies. If you go early in the year (April, May) is when they have a lot of the veggies after that they don't have any at all. But great selection for garden decor etc. Thya have grow native plants, which I love because I like to bring back butterflies and bees locally. If you're a cactus/succulent lover, they have tons of variety to choose from.

First off this place is amazing and I’ve had nothing but great encounters here with the staff. I’m especially impressed with the perennial man named Greg! I was with my grandmother and she speaks only Russian so he started talking to her in PERFECT Russian, giving her a compliment on her nails. Made her feel so welcomed. He also knew sooo much about geraniums down to the exact soil PH and how to take care of them. I’ll be coming back anytime I need help with my garden.

Great selection of plants, planters, hanging baskets, shrubs and bushes, trees. Everything you could want and need for your yard. Even decorative wind spinners and chimes. Helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff as well

My wife purchased a lawn ornament...An eagle. It was $300. It was designed for outdoor use. After 3 days of use, it failed. We did have some 30 mile per hour winds, which shouldn't have caused it to fail. My wife contacted Heartland and spoke with one of the managers. He told her to bring it back and they would refund the money. She brought it back and the son of the owner was extremely rude to my wife. He told her that it was our fault for using it in bad weather! I called and spoke to him stating that we used it as it was intended and it failed. He offered to give me half of the money. I did not accept that. He hung up the phone. I have called them multiple times attempting to speak with Sherry, the owner, and she refuses to call me back! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! I don't know what the hell is wrong with these people, but they have no business dealing with the public. I am contacting my attorney even if I have to spend money on this. They are ridiculous people.
