Absolutely, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 40-plus years of working. Very frustrating experience. The staff is very friendly, but can't seem to resolve anything. No one is responsible. Transferred repeatedly to "supervisors" who promise to resolve problem, and two months later, I'm still calling. This company is too big, and too disorganized. I hope the acquisition by Home Depot improves things. Meanwhile, I will never order anything from them.
