Hands down, this was a blast! I have never wanted to go to a wine and paint class because I knew I would never keep the pictures I painted. They are just not my style. Hawaii fluid art however is in a league of its own and I literally cannot wait to pick up my painting! It is me, it is my color scheme and my design!I will definitely go back because every day is a different day of colors and moods and ideas-the possibilities are endless!!

Maya and her team went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute reservation request for a special occasion in spite a closure of her studio for a television crew filming there. I was beyond grateful for her help in making arrangements after hours to make it all happen! Thank you Hawaii Fluid Art, Maya and the team for making our occasion one to remember! 2/10 rating. I drove in from out of the area to do local shopping and I had seen all the amazing reviews online, I was highly disappointed with the lack of knowledge between the staff on the jewelry and art pieces you have on the floor. I never received any complete answers on booking painting classes as well. If you wanna sell your product; educate your staff on what they’re selling. Also please provide staff with packaging material for any frames in the future

This a review of your response to Vicki .There were so many many ways for your staff to meet her needs when she was there . Perhaps the person at the door could have sold her the certificates or at the very least apologized profusely and let her know he would mail them to her. You could have apologized in a manner that matched the filming sign that was on the door and then not made it like she should have known that your website store hours were not a reliable source. What you replied with essentially said I am sorry but this customer was more important then you and you should have expected our website to provide incomplete information . I really wonder how the original owner in Hawaii would feel about the way you are handling her reputation.
