Got a lift chair for my father in law from Happy Living. Eric and his staff were tremendously helpful and informative. They didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive chair but rather the best chair for our needs. I would highly recommend Happy Living Medical to anyone shopping for a lift chair or other medical supplies.

I purchased a lift recliner and an electric wheelchair. The recliner needed some adjustments. I called more than once left messages it took 3 days to return the calls. I was put on the list and another 5 days. Not happy

Horrible experience. Eric over promises and under delivers. We had previously bought a lift chair off the floor with no problems but this time we had special ordered, delivery time was 6-9 weeks. After waiting the 9 weeks Eric kept giving us the run around about how it's not done yet. Continuing to wait several more weeks and numerous calls later a chair was deliver but of course not the one we ordered, and the lift mechanism didn't work. To be honest I think he delivered a used one and thought no one would notice. He said there must have been a mix up at the warehouse. Another few weeks goes by and another delivery by him personally but again not the chair we ordered. At this point I don't even think he put in the order for a custom chair, he definitely charged us the huge cost of a new chair and delivered an old one. Called him the next day to say we just want our original chair back and to refund the money. He never refunded, I had to call the credit card company and never brought back our original chair. Buyer Beware! Please be careful when buying here, taking advantage of the people who need these products!

Found this store on the internet. Local company, Great service and a low price for my lift chair and portable scooter. I searched on line for the cheapest price but found out the online store delivery was only to my driveway and in a box from a freight company and I had to trouble shoot any problems and assemble by myself. Extra $250 on top to get the same thing that Happy Living did all included and with a professional person to assist and answer all my questions.Glad I puchased local from Happy Living. Thanks Eric.

We appreciate Eric's expertise. We were primarily interested in a lightweight electric wheelchair with the emphasis on lightweight.With what we purchased, at 40lbs with the battery in, I (127lb weakling) can collapse it down and hoist or ease it into the car.Perhaps we could have paid less had we bought it online however, the advice, time saved and being able to try it out was worth it. Have already taken it on a "walk " today

Great service, great recommendations, and a great price. I bought an iwalk crutch here and the staff at happy living helped me make some adjustments before I tried it on and was willing to give me some tips and tricks. They even matched the price on Amazon. Had a good experience here.

Purchased a $400 ice machine for my wife’s knee replacement. Device struggled to get cold enough. Tried everything over a 3 week period to make this machine work better at which time the water pump quit completely. Took it back to the store. Was told the machine had a 5 day guarantee! I had not taken the machine out of the box for 5 days! Clerk was rude, lied and did not make an attempt to resolve the situation. Looked on Amazon and ice machines were $200 with 30 day guarantee. I think this company is ripping off Senior Citizens.I read the owners reply and he is a Liar and can’t be Trusted!He did not offer to replace the machine or refund my money. LiarHe did not tell me about a $150 machine. Liar again.I did not hit anyone as I am an old man! Liar again.I did use some profanities because the clerk was lying, rude and obnoxious.What a way to treat Senior Citizens! Rip them off.
