Bed was too hard and like the other reviews, the sheets are too little for the bed. Kelp disturbing my sleep trying to keep the sheets on.Customer service is the Best though.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Easily walkable. The breakfast was great and the coffee top notch! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We’ve never encountered friendlier staff. I love that they designed the rooms and bathrooms with hooks. Finally a hotel that gets it. The only issue was a commode that wasn’t working properly (which we forgot to mention. #816 )

Large clean rooms.A lot of breakfast options with plenty of seating.Excellent location to shops and dinning!Safe area!Large pool.Great staff!A lot of plugin forOne suggestion would be to move the coffee station. It was very difficult to get down walkway.

Good hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Decent free hot breakfast. I’ve spent 3 nights in a row here 3 different times for a work conference onsite at the hotel. Exercise area and pool too. Within walking distance g distance of many dining options.Nearby activities: Lots of dining and some shopping options.

The hotel itself was pretty standard. The location was nice and walkable to shops and restaurants. The included breakfast was also decent. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff. In our two nights, everyone we came across from the front desk to the cleaning staff were the absolute nicest, accommodating people. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Highly, highly recommended.

It was a great Stay. They have the best breakfast hands down. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is beautiful too. The fire alarm did go off in the middle of the night (false alarm) and again at breakfast. They did fix the issue. We will be back!!Rooms: Very comfy beds great shower.Nearby activities: Plaza is right there!!! Everything was close.Food & drinks: Breakfast was awesome!!!

A great little gem near the Plaza. Easy access, great staff very kind and helpful. Very clean. Recently remodeled and looks really nice. Pool was very cool, it's stainless steal, never seen that before but it was fun and also very clean with plenty of pool towels!! We'll stay here again.

Pros. Stayed on the 9th floor, Room was clean and updated. Very quiet. Continental breakfast is always good.Cons. Poor customer service.Found out later that our credit card was charged an extra $20 to park in the garage (I can only assume that is per night? Only stayed one night) Was never notified about the charge.Also, we were woken up around 6:50 AM to the buildin fire alarm going off, the whole building had to evacuate their rooms. No explanation or apologies from management, was just told it was a "false alarm".

Clean and Great Rooms! Highly recommend this one if you're staying in Kansas City. Parking was a bit pricey though, but I definitely appreciated the access to EV chargers. Also was quite close to our venue and was easy to find!

Overall, really liked it. The hotel was modern, clean and well maintained. 10 minutes walk from Country club Plaza. All the staff we encountered were friendly. The only reason for removing a star was that the sheets seemed far too small for the beds. On both of the queen beds in our room all four corners of the sheets would come off and I was constantly putting them back on only for them to pop right back off again (see attached photo). I found this rather irritating. Fortunately though the mattress did look clean.

One of the better stays I’ve had. Good location, clean and comfortable and an amazing staff.Logan handled the only problem I encountered quickly and pleasantly.All of the desk staff went out of their way to be helpful.I would happily stay here again.Rooms: Very spacious and comfortable.

The staff are excellent, they are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean as is the breakfast area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Kansas cityRooms: Clean and rolled fresh when we checked in to hotel.
