Kirlins Hallmark in Quincy is a mess. Not alot of cards, empty shelves, most of all the help is not pleasant. No one is willing to help. The last few times I've been in the quincy store the help has been at the front counter playing on their phones. I plan to go elsewhere for cards, etc.
In the ten years I've lived here, the store and help has really gone down.

what is the direct link for a Hallmark list of all the actors that have “official” Facebook, Instagram, or other areas the officially post in?
There are so many spammers for:
TYLER Hines,
Brendan Elliot,
Brandon penny,
Andrew Walker
Paul Campbell
And the majority of the male actors plus a few of the female ones.
And do you know also for those who ARE signed up for Hallmark who are official,
do they all have the blue circle with the white checkmark so we know that they are actually the person they claim to be versus the spammers and/scammers?
It would be wonderful if you could address that in a separate post on FACEBOOK so all followers CAN read it and can report promptly all the spammers, scammers, & fraud people out there.

If I could give zero stars I would. My credit card was compromised and used on the Hallmark website to make a purchase. I notified Hallmark immediately by email and by phone within 2 hours of the purchase. I was trying to stop the shipment. I never heard back from the email and my phone call was taking by someone with a screaming baby in the background that gave me a case number and said that it shipped and there was nothing they could do. Wow shipped in 2 hours give me a break and as for the case number no one has followed up. Their customer service is horrible.

ZERO stars!!! Hallmark’s website is horrendously clunky. And good luck using rewards, it’s a nightmare to apply them. Then during checkout the page freezes, prevents the order from going through. Finally called the order in after they had to look up each item by “name”!! Yup, no item numbers. This took forever! Then I get emailed that the 2 items I ordered were canceled even though they were available at other stores. I emailed customer service several times and each time they sent the same exact canned response. Then they told me the store locations that had them, as if they want me to drive to their stores for what I paid for and didn’t receive. Really?! I am NEVER shopping at Hallmark again.

They charged me for the same order 6 times, taking $386.88 off my card then said they would not refund for 5-7 business days. That is ridiculous. They just want to hold your money. Poor Customer Service.

i wish there was some indication you use recycled products to at least at the bare minimum make the envelopes. i bought some pop up cards and while the box was already enough it was too big that air bags was needed. i really hate airbags because theyre bad for the environment maybe in 2023 work on making thinner boxes so theres less wiggle room and no need for the air bags.
your stores should also have some kind of offer where you shred or recycle for free so your locals and customers have something sustainable to work on
i like the tree ornaments
also please have a throwback production of the old animal stickers you produced during the 80s/90s
I had a little issue with a return and they were able to help me out so well
I wish they would improve their Instagram it’s too antiquated that cursive font is so ugly and overused there are better fonts to use

So what do you say about a corporation that would rather waste good product than save it, or donate.500 pieces thrown into a bailer than do something productive with holiday ornaments.In Illinois, if 190 stores selling Hallmark ornaments each disposed 500 pieces, that totals $404,000.So think about buying anything Hallmark.Irresponsible and careless.

Terrible customer service. Purchased ornaments at full price, then they went on sale for 1/2 the price. Hallmark would not accommodate. Buyer beware do not purchase anything Hallmark. Not even worth the one star given.
