1200 Washington Street Suite A, Kansas City“I’ve never felt so welcome at a gym; it’s seriously the best! ❤️ Everyone is really motivating and encouraging. I can get overwhelmed by bigger gyms and don’t often feel like I’m getting the right workout. By having a more semi-private, 30-minute intense session, I can work towards my fitness and health goals. They all (instructors, owners and even other members) help me perfect my form, so I can make sure I’m getting the best workout possible. If I ever need to adapt a part of the workout, they are great at helping me find an exercise that works for my body and gives me a great workout.”

518 E 18th St, Kansas City“This box is truly unique. One of the most incredible places I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The coaches are phenomenal, the facility is gorgeous, and the community of members had me looking forward to each and every workout. The camaraderie within CrossFit is often talked about, but CrossFit on 18th embodies it beautifully. I was only in town for two weeks, and this gym single-handedly made me fall in love with Kansas City. Can’t wait to come back!”
“Kicked my bachelorette party off with a private workout at Wellness Warehouse! We had so much fun! Jill was the best! She was able to provide modifications so all my girlies were able to do the workout. It was a great sweat!”

4722 Broadway Blvd #220, Kansas City“Best cycling studio in town, literally my happy place. Climbs and curls with the owner on Tuesdays/Thursdays at noon is the best workout you will ever go to. The energy feels like you’re in a club, and I’m fitter than I’ve ever been. 10/10 stars”

10767 N Ambassador Dr, Kansas City“Great gym!! I have now dropped into KCI CrossFit multiple times when I have been in town and it is an awesome gym. The programming is always great! Nick is a great coach who made me feel welcome and the warmup and the workout was great. They have a good community at KCI and if your looking for a home gym or a drop in gym this is the place.”
“Great gym! Clean, ton of free weights and machines. Shane and Jeremy are awesome. If one location doesn’t have what you need, another location will. I love being able to go to any location that’s convenient and it’s a real “gym” environment where people are there to lift and not judge because I may grunt when I lift something heavy.”
“I stumbled upon Core Strong Fitness almost 4 months ago and I've been going regularly ever since. I really like the variety of classes, they are both challenging and fun. It took me a little bit to get used to using the TRX straps since they were a new experience, but I can really tell that my balance and core strength have definitely improved as well as my overall strength. The coaches are incredibly encouraging and meet you at your fitness level while still pushing you to your next potential. They are diligent in correcting bad form to prevent injuries and maximize results. I have to say that I've never before looked forward to going to the gym. The atmosphere is fun and I feel great and usually have a smile on my face when I leave each class.”
“Visiting KC and staying downtown so dropped in for a class with Jordan. Great coach, awesome playlist. If you are in KC, you won’t regret taking a class with him!”
“Absolutely love the classes and coaches here! They keep the energy high and push me to keep going through the hardest sets. I’ve been looking for a way to stay active and I’m glad I found f45.”
“I started going this month to Orange Theory Fitness and it is a great workout! Whether you're a beginner or advanced, the class can be modified to suit your fitness level with different intensity options.”

611 E 99th St, Kansas City“I’ve been to three CrossFit gyms, nope make that four. And while small this one is so much fun. My fiancé and I were nervous to start and after only a couple of times going we feel comfortable and sore! It’s fun, and the perfect community vibes!”
“Best place to get a good old fashioned pump sesh. 10/10. This review was over a year ago. Still the best place to hit for a workout. Kind of gym this world needs.”
“I love love love this gym!!!! The workouts are challenging and as a single mom, I appreciate the 24/7 flexibility!!!! Everyone is so nice and the trainers are awesome! ???”
“Good gym, but missing some equipment that would be very nice to have. Specifically a hack squat and hip abduction/adduction machine. The music also tends to be a terrible selection for a workout.”
Open 24 hours
320 E 12th St, Kansas City“I think the gym is very nice, clean, lots of equipment, friendly staff, peers stay to themselves, and they cover parking as well if you choose to do so in the garage. The pricing isn’t bad either, The ONLY reason why I would say 4 stars is because of the water fountain it comes out hot for some reason, you either will have to bring or pay for it (via vending machines).”

6236 Main St, Kansas City“Love the structure of OTF in general, but the people at Brookside just make it that much better! They bring the enthusiasm, but also the attention one-on-one. Can't recommend it enough!”
“This Planet Fitness is awesome! The staff is always friendly, the facility and equipment are clean and maintained well, and it is a safe space for all. I love working out in a judgment free zone. Thank you for all you do!!”
“Great workout, atmosphere and gym! Booked a 30 minute class while on a quick work trip in town. The owner was the coach that day and he was lively, the workout was challenging and modifications provided as needed. Definitely recommend!”
5:15AM - 6:30PM
201 W 135th St, Kansas City“I have to talk about this gym.I am not a person with a ton of CrossFit experience. With that being said, I can't say enough about how welcoming the community at this gym is.I've dropped in a few times, and I immediately noticed that the class was filled with members at ALL skill levels. Any given class's members can range from TRUE beginner to a highly competitive athlete. Everyone is welcomed with fistbumps, encouragement, high-fives, and engaged/attentive coaching from whichever coach is leading the class. The coaching here is incredible. The coaching staff is attentive, detail-oriented, engaged, and they keep the energy high. This isn't the place where coaches give you a workout and start typing on their phone; far from it. I received enough cues and positive feedback during my workouts that I thought the coach was ONLY paying attention to me (and so did the guy next to me!).The music selection during the workouts is top tier (this is a personal favorite feature of mine at the gym).Lastly, the gym is incredibly clean, well-kept, and has plenty of storage space for your belongings. If you're looking to start CrossFit, looking to take your training to a new level, or just looking for an awesome community of people that are dedicated to making themselves better, look no further. You're home here.”

I workout regularly and they were able to give me technique tips and cues which I really appreciated. If I lived in KC I would be a member of this gym. I will definitely drop in again next time I’m in town.”

“I highly recommend this trainer at The Fountain!
Before I started working out with Coach Durias, I previously worked out at another gym. That I felt like wasn’t hitting the mark anymore, especially for the injuries I’ve had and wasn’t focusing on what I needed. Previous injuries include left ankle reconstruction, right knee scope,, torn meniscus and stretched the ACL, broken heels, kidney transplant, and a knee surgery. In my 20’s I was highly active and a runner and a rock climber. I played every sport I could get my hands on. In my 40s I feel all those injuries now. Physicians told me bring very active. I don’t need PT. But, I have tried physical therapy several times and nothing ever worked . Walking around and performing my job, my pain level is a 9-10 level everyday. Even when I wake up in the morning, sometimes it takes me 45 minutes to get out of bed because of the pain. Since he has worked with me, I have started noticing my mobility, stability, and strength come back. And after every single workout with him. Plus, my pain level has decreased substantially. And after those workouts, I don’t feel much pain at all. My attitude has definitely changed. I never thought I could find somebody who truly understands the level of pain I feel from day to day. And what is needed to achieve my goals. So, I can have a good day. He is definitely better than any physical therapist or trainer I’ve ever had previously. His attitude motivates me daily.”
“The Hill is a great gym to get your sweat on. The coaches are great educators and I was never afraid to ask any questions. The members are also great and gave me a sense of community. No matter your skill level you can thrive at The Hill.”
“This place is truly amazing. I first started at Fountain City Fitness two years ago, not in the best place physically or emotionally. At no point did I ever feel out of place or unsupported in my improvement. Now that I'm back, I'm still receiving the same attention to technique, safety, and progress. It's an amazing place; I've never felt better or stronger.”
