“Quality Product. I had a simple question about billing. I sent an email early yesterday morning to get a corrected invoice since I had paid half of the bill up-front. I didn't get a response so I called this morning. Cailee stated she had given one of our staff a copy of the invoice when he picked up the product and I believe she stated that she gave a copy to our person that ordered the product. No problem, just a miscommunication. But the tone in which she communicated it was very unfriendly and impatient.”
