This is more about customer service than this branch. I ordered some parts online, incorrect part, called to return. Grainer doesn't refund shipping or have prepaid return shipping. The local branch hours are during the work day (Mon-Fri, 0730-1600), so cant drop off at the store. So at this point it is cheaper for me to throw the parts in the trash and take the loss, than return them for someone else to buy and use.

It was a good experience overall but I detected a bad vibe from the lady that assisted or should I say "superficially" assisted me. The lady was very short and terse as if she really didn't really want to answer any of my valid questions. Personally, her manifested demeanor and present energy made me uncomfortable like I was: "persona non grata". Grainger still is at the top of my list for specific parts and equipment.
